Episode starts with isha talking to paranjape about labour problem. She asks why the union people are being so stubborn when we are thinking about the workers benefit. Paranjape says the leaders get benefit out of it. They have a strong hold over the workers if we don't get any solution within 24 hours they will go on strike.
VS and Z roaming on the streets VS plays cricket with the people playing on the street lanes. Isha calls on Zs mobile. Z tells VS to take the call but VS refuses.
Isha talks to M about workers problem. M says she will not be able to help they had told her to sign the papers but she thought she is smart and wanted to read everything and take decision. Now problem has escalated and there is going to be strike. M says we have faced this kind of problem before snd have experience about these things how does isha think that they are running this company for so many years.
Isha comes home with office files JD is trying VSs phone but he does not answer. JD tells her not to worry. Soniya says nothing is new VS use to disappear before also he will come back.
Isha goes to her room and VS comes from behind and scares her. Isha gets pissed off. She says she trying to get in touch with him and he is not bothered to answer her calls there is so much problem in office. Now VS gets pissed off and tells isha that office work is to be left on office don't bring it home he does not want to hear a single word about office work.
Now they are married cant they spend their time together at home instead of talking about office. Then he purposely upsets isha by saying that she is angry with him about the RN issue that happened the other day so sbe is behaving in this terrible manner with him. Poor isha almost in tears says its not like that she is just worried about the labour problem in office. She hugs him and says she loves him and VS gives his sinister smile again.
At night isha fast asleep VS still awake calls Z to say that isha has still not got the terrible dreams her mother was talking about. Z gets irritated as VS wakes him from his sleep. In the meantime Isha starts shouting in her sleep to leave her alone. VS laughs at her plight. Then he quickly goes and calls AS and tells her isha is shouting in her sleep and saying wierd things. JD comes too. They all she isha troubled in her sleep. AS wakes her up. She gets up with a start and sees AS JD and VS. She tells AS about her problem .VS pretends to be concerned and is about to call doctor when isha says its of no help when she was small she had very high fever on ashtami day pushpa did pooja of ashtami and the fever was cured. But since that day she gets these dreams and wakes up with a start after that everything is fine.
VS throws the packet if angara on the floor and stamps on it and shoves it off with his foot under the bed.
VS says that she is stressed with office work and should not go to office and take rest. JD agrees and says he will take care of his vahini and not allow her to go to office.
AS worried about ishas dreams and calls nimkars. Nimkar answers the call and conforms everything that isha had said. He tells AS to do ashtami pooja. Sarjerao inquires about isha and reminds AS as to what had happened on ashtami day
AS starts crying and says RN died on that day. JD comes there with game of snake and ladder and says he is going to tk care of his vahini today and goes from there.
Precap. isha in office with VS AS JD and labour people and says that yesterday she was playing snakes and ladder with bhauji she realised that while climbing up the ladder we are saving g ourselves from the small snakes but then comes along the big snake and eats everything. Now if the labour people don't take back the strike in 24 hours then she will declare the name of this big snake in front of all.
