D episode where pia disclose her sarpika identity infront of mohna thats on 5 Dec episode , she was wearing full backless blouse & full back was focussed , I noticed her daivik mark was missing or it got vanished.

If it got vanished then it can create trouble 4 pia as if by chance if ansh get intimate with her _ he noticed that her birthmark is missing then he will consider mohna's talk that pia is now only sarpika thou ansh know that whenever pia touches him , his eyes start glowing as davansh inside him react 2 Pia's touch.

Maybe it was a blooper

It was most probably a blooper. The mark has to be made with make up. They won't make it everyday unless they need to show it. When they need to show her mark they made it with makeup for that episode. So we can't be sure.
