There was this one of the many reasons y I fell in love with NK and that was its story isn't dragging n its really fast paced. I guess everybody used to praise NK for this till certain tracks...but looks like cvs have misunderstood our praises and now they fail to differentiate between fast pace and rushing. Be it AvNeil scenes, family scenes or any damn scene, every scene needs its own time to create an impact. But these days the scenes come out like they just want to get rid off only the story quotient in that scene n they don't care about the emotions involved in it. The editing is weird too... the way they shift from one scene to other, that's really odd, the prior scene doesn't look like its completely finished, rather it looks like something was chopped from that scene. Cvs really need to work on this. There are Ekta serials which have the same episode synopsis for like weeks and here is NK, so much happens in a single episode God! If they put some check on their pace, they'll have the same track for some more days n they'll not need to think about new tracks every now n then, it will be less tiring for them as well which will, by chance, improve the creativity of cvs n we'll get some quality tracks. At times the story shown in the episodes doesn't look any different than the plot of the show written in the wikipedia. We don't want to only know the plot of the story, we also want to see the scenes which justify the plot. Hope, cvs work on the scenes more rather than on the story and balance out a good pace.
Avni-Khannas reunion was a big let down! No person who is seeing their beloved after 10 bloody years will react the way Avni or Khannas behaved, especially when u r still loving the person n have forgiven them for the mistakes. The way Bebe, Shweta were excited to see Avni, the way Prakash was emotional after knowing her truth...the first thing they would have done was taking her in a bone crushing hug n let their 10 years old happy tears flow...but no, everybody was made to think about Saesha n control their emotions...that doesn't happen in reality!
They MUST have shown a scene of Avni entering her house after 10 long years and getting nostalgic n emotional, Bebe and Shweta welcoming her home, etc. There was no need of kids knowing anything about her for this to happen, this still could have happen. Wasn't it a sight we all were dying for to see Avni entering Khanna house?
Later, it was ok if Bebe stopped Shweta from meeting Avni for the time being as she was talking to Saesha. But was she talking to her throughout the night? No, I guess. Y didn't they show Khannas talking to her at night? Y didn't they show where she slept? She must have not slept with Neil in her bedroom...y didn't they show Bebe or Shweta addressing to her awkwardness n making her feel comfortable, assuring her that this is still her house? Y Neil n Avni didn't speak to eachother at all even after being in their very own house? Its impossible that they didn't get nostalgic, its impossible that Neil wouldn't have felt like taking her to their bedroom n have some sukoon ki neend. They must have showed a scene about Neil's inner conflict. They must have showed a scene between Prakash n Avni where Avni looses her facade n finds some solace in her Papa's arms n cries her heart out n again gets strong to keep this same man safe. They could have also showed a scene where Khannas welcome all the kids n Sunehri, Tara-Sitara...kids getting little awkward at a new place with the strangers n Khannas n Neil or for that matter, even Avni making them comfortable. These all were the little nuances that would have made the episode extremely beautiful.
We understand that the drama is needed...but the drama would have looked exciting if all these scenes were shown too. When we say there should be happy family scenes, we don't expect big celebrations n festivals n naach-gaana...such little moments are what we watch the show for. We are still managing to put up with this Saesha drama even after having so many complaints, ok...show her as much as u want, but u must show the family or AvNeil sequences like these which are very obvious to happen in the given scenarios n ignoring which makes it look very unreal. N Shruti's leave can not be an excuse for this at all. No actor goes on a sudden leave, especially if the leave is for vacation. N if I m not wrong, even the PH reserves rights to grant the leave or not. They could have planned the scenes accordingly, they could have used the BD, even the hug scenes are done with BD in other shows, they could have shot banks, or at least they could have shown Avni's scenes with Bebe n Prakash.
I seriously feel now that they have made last minute changes in the track after all the back lash n hence there might be these issues. But in that case, they could have rather bought time by showing such family scenes to work out on the next track? God knows what's wrong! Cuz whatever they showed about Avni's revelation was so out of place. Avni surely wasn't putting a facade of being the fearful version of Neilanjana. If that was only a pretense, she wouldn't get as scared just by the glass breaking n all. She had turned like that because of all the losses in her life n her fears n her decision to leave the battlefield n live life Neil's way and while trying to change herself, somehow her original self was only suppressed deep down...n there must have been a good transition from Neilanjana to Avni with the help of Neil, that fearful version of hers only was the reason Neil could have connected with the kind of life she has lived n how much she has suffered that has changed her so much...her diary n the kids could have been of great use in this process. I still hope cvs somehow cover this blunder n show that she was only explaining to the kids that it was not the original Avni but the real Avni is like darwaza-tod one who doesn't fear those goons n that's the truth about her. Whereas with this upcoming jail drama, Neil needs to see how Avni has stopped fighting for herself n how she just gives in to the situations n that must make him remember Mowgli's description of Neilanjana n he should get back to her diary. The bailing out n all the "plan" may take place, but Neil needs to see the difference in Avni's behaviour So please cvs, if u r stalking this, please try to understand where u r failing n what fans mean when they say they want a family scene or more focus on AvNeil n work on that.
Sorry for the long rant, but was highly disappointed with today's episode except Saesha being insulted. Also, repeating once again, Samrat needs to get more role, I'm sure Bhavesh didn't sign for just being a furniture.
