Only the hall is given to the Kapoors n kitchen to the Sukoon House, Khannas still have the main gate of Khanna House, they still have the lawn in the front area, they still have the main-door of the house n the threshold and AvNeil's bedroom of course n there universal bathroom too!
They could have shown Avni getting emotional or stumbling at the main gate, touching the name board of Khanna House with so much love, the flashback of auction could have been played as to Avni remembers how Neil had bought this house for her n their journey together had begun. They could have shown her walking to the lawn n remembering their garden romance. They could have shown her reaching the threshold n remembering both of her gharpraveshs n with the flashback of second grahpravesh, missing Neela maa too. They could have just shown Avni standing at the threshold itself n observing the hall n dining area with the flashbacks of their dining scenes or family times in the hall. I mean, if this gareeb of a PH is so experienced n expert in over-utilising their same set no. of times, I m sure they don't need us to teach how they should use their different camera angles n editing. N I needn't say how many things they could have shown with Avni entering her room. All this while, Shweta Bebe standing by her side, Prakash assuring her only with his eyes or some small dialogues like aao beta etc would have been enough for what we were expecting. Neil could stand at a one hand distance having his own inner conflicts...or Prakash could have been the perfect father to Neil n supported him as well in his emotionally tough times n they could have showed a Neil-Prakash scene where Prakash explains him how he should try to make Avni comfortable in this house though he is angry, just how he did after their marriage.
The scene after Avni's return from the jail was perfect n that kind of a breakdown of Avni was the need of her homecoming this time too...n cvs have lost this beautiful opportunity now. Even if they write some scene in future to cover this blunder where she talks to Neil about what her feelings were while entering the house, or if they show her another grahpravesh after her return from the jail or after their another marriage (if we are blessed to have that)...it won't create that impact now. All this was needed only when Avni enters the house first time after 10 years!
Rather they are using the bedroom for Avni-Saesha non-sense, garden for Neil-Saesha discussions n the threshold for the non-sense arrest drama🥱
So the first reason is only correct...they are too poor in writing emotional scenes.
Until they show Khannas' important role in the scenes, it will look like they have retained all of them positive only because they had another negative character Kamini for their required drama quotient, otherwise they would surely have changed Shweta for the need of gray character. If ya'll have retained her positive, show why it is so!
