Well it didn't look like he did it because he thought it is mihika. To me it looks like he was helping ishita whether he remembers something or not can't say also he didn't look surprised when mihika called him so most likely he didn't think he is helping mihika but cannot trust CVs for drama they have already stretched it way too far so it won't be surprising if he thought he was helping mihika
