for me its been reverse.. I'm losing my excess weight with out any exercise, as outside food totally stopped 😆

wish your kids were naughty.. u would have to run behind them,.. another exercise to lose your weight 🤣 Jokes apart.. try simple Yoga techniques... I lost around 5kg with simple exercises in home.. after my hospitlization .. I can share you video, if you want. I did max of 30 mins per day.

by then.. it would create all the havoc it needs to. All the countries economies are in a mess.

Our govt is seeking 6 billion dollar loans to contain the mess 🤪 World Bank has promised 1 billion. Our corrupt politicians & gvt workers are gonna make the most of it. They didn't even leave digging even during Kargil war.. toh ab kya badi baat hai.

Btw! in Wuhan.. they opened the market again & they're back to selling bats, dogs, cats again in there.

When SARS happened... China banned exotic meat for a while... but now the govt said it banned but in real trade is still happening - people are not allowed to take photos in there, cops are posted everywhere over there.

So basically nothing changed in China.

our scammers have stepped up too.. as if our PM is not enough to loot us ... they have created tonnes of fake UPI accounts to loot people who are donating too

Any govt. with an inch of brain would have blocked the term "pmcare", "pmcares", "pmcarez" - while announcing their upi donation id, as pmcares. This way no one would've been able to create a mess.

Feel like punching those scammers in their gut
