Hey there all the lovely people!!
Me is back with an off beat post. It's absolutely nonsense.
As per the sprite advert-seedhi baat no bakwas- today is all about cribbing, complaining and lamenting at all opportunity lost.
Kanak clings on to Uma, finding solace in his arms, trying to hold on to her life, her world. Uma brings his arms over her, hugging her back... they break apart and Uma moves her aside - he walks ahead while she watches with her breath held.
Uma meets Bhabho midway, she asks him to run away and Uma refuses with due respect. - even in such dire circumstances he bends down to take ashirwad...
Everything after this scene was everything to complain about.
While Uma bashes Summer Singh, giving out blow after blow and taking in quite a few punches himself - VedAnsh stand quiet like dummies. Summer Singh grabs Veds gun for a second time - why can't Ved use his gun to actually hold on to it, he should use fevicol to glue the gun to his hand. Even after being unarmed VedAnsh stand and watch free entertainment provided by alleged funny liners of summer Singh.
Summer Singh has Uma on gun point, it's at that moment Kanak steps in with all the woman power - I have nothing against the woman empowerment but in the process of glorification of a woman, other things like law n order are being mocked...
Kanak couldn't hold herself away from the fight and she jumps in between as a shield for Uma. She is doing her dharm, to be the shield and sword if the need arises. She holds Summer Singh hostage and Uma walks behind Kanak - it's a small subtle scene in which a wife/woman takes the limelight, becoming the center of focus and protector of her husband and the husband gets behind her for a moment - it's in that moment Uma realizes that the system is bound and helpless to help him and people like summer Singh would never let him see the light of justice.
Kanak takes the decision to run away again, she asks VedAnsh to take Bhabho away and they escape. It's while they are driving away Ved has the audacity to shoot at their vehicle - OH lord give me one sane reason why I should defend Ved today - the goons were right in front of him, they way they beat Uma, they kidnapped Bhabho, how they unarmed him and took his weapon, still after seeing everything he is only focused on getting Uma back in jail - bro if you had that much sense of duty you would have come with the whole police force not handed over Uma like a piece of candy to be shared amongst the goons.
While Saras and Vansh tend to Bhabho's wounds, the wicked witch Payal has to come spew the evilness out of her mouth - blah blah my husband's job blah blah my husband has to pay blah blah I need to shut my face blah blah blah...
Everyone is visibly annoyed at her yet none wants to talk to her - more like hum tmhare munh nahi lagna chahte 😆
It seems like fate has run out of ink while writing KanUm fate, they are getting stuck in situations after situations that sometimes I feel like sitting down and taking a break... to ask the fate to do whatever it has to do and then when the storm has passed get up once with a vacuum cleaner and clean up all the mess.
Latest in the series of unfortunate events their car breaks down in the middle of nowhere and while they walk hand in hand, sometimes ahead they reach a secluded locked up house - turning a blind eye to the fact that a similar house is in Ladno amidst civilization, as we audiences are to be dumb and blind.
Kanak breaks the lock and they walk inside. Kanak tease him that the house give a haunted feel, like a horror movie - Uma, sweetheart replied naively I have only seen one movie ... his confession is so sweet that it gives a reason to smile in between everything haywire. They proceed in the house further saying hello hello - why were they asking if someone's there, are they calling the 300 years old aatma to come out and do grah pravesh aarti of KanUm 😳
As they reach to a room inside they see a wall which is covered with photographs of Kanak crossed over in blood with knives stuck to some - KanUm deduce that it's a act of obsession, of hatred, someone who hates Kanak to the core, and it's a woman as Kanak spies all the womanly things in the room... they watch the wall of massacred photos when they are hit from behind with a spade and it's Gabasa - it's an endless list of back stabbed and spaders for Uma, another revelation for him of betrayal.
