^^Exactly!! Lol. K3 & Aloo both have a tendency to put on weight & Rujuta's ridiculous one-for-all-diets will NOT WORK. I used to believe they do but really- They don't for people who have a tendency to put on weight! Bebo is the sort who looks her best with 2-3 max kilos above her average weight- She's never looked more beautiful than in Refugee, JWM & at Soha's book launch. That dress was a stunner & that shade of true red suits her the MOST! She looked beautiful. Such stunning skin. <3

Rujuta is my ex colleague, so i have seen her diet work for normal people like us, hence won't call it a scam. Only thing is we have to be consistent with diet as well as with the workouts.

Not saying that that has helped Kareena or not. Even I have heard that she starved herself a lot during Tashan shooting. But when I was working with rujuta, she wasn't promoting starving, but who knows, maybe this can be some trick for fame.

^^Oh! You've worked with Rujuta. I know people who her diet has worked for, and many who it hasn't worked for. I do believe ghee in SMALL amounts is very healthy & that we should eat local etc but her ridiculous claims that eating pooris + kheer etc lead to weight loss especially for people who are naturally on the plump side like K3 & Bebo, is, beyond absurd to me!!

Yea, that does sound ridiculous but It's more like don't deprive yrself otherwise you will binge eat later.

If u want pakoras, eat one or two just to satisfy your taste buds. And if you follow the 5-6 small healthy meals on a daily basis then you won't feel hungry to eat kheer puri n eating once in a while won't harm much. Plus digesting those 5-6 meals increases your metabolism so it's win-win.

But yes one diet won't fit all, that's also true.

shes a healthy weight right here and she obviously has a lot of core strength. THAT is no easy task, i assure you. It requires a lot of dedication which she is clearly committed to. Other than that, if she were to lose 10 more lbs, you guys will start complaining about her looking emaciated because that is how she was described during the Tashsan days.

I don't know who kareena is fooling. Every time she goes abroad she comes back skinny and with her skin tightened even more. If she is losing weight naturally, she can do it here in Mumbai.
Same this time.

It is NOT healthy for her to try and achieve being size zero when her normal size is plump. Like she was when she entered movies.

Yes, she does work out. So does every single person in the industry.

Kareenas obsession with being a size thin is extraordinary. She wants to be a size Shraddha or Priyanka when she is not that. Maybe it's the same thing people who ingest chemicals to lighten skin is.

And eating poori and kheer when there are hundreds of other options? For someone trying to.lose weight? Can Rujuta show other people who lost weight on that diet.?

Her face is.looking so hard and the body is looking like stone. But I guess she likes it. Maybe Saif likes it.

Karisma doesn't seem to hv to try. Her body just became skinny after marriage and babies. Kareena was opposite. She just bloated. And now she has shrunk!! Where does all the extra skin go? You do get cellulite and loose folds when you lose weight like that!

since you mentioned Kheer-Puri, i am replying here...

No-one is asking you to eat kheer puri to loose weight... Kheer has lots of sugar which isnt good for health... Puri is deep fried, again lots of fats in there... the point is only that if you deprive yourself of eating what u see in-front of you, or made in your home for some occasion, then chances are that you will binge-eat later, which is when you might eat more then necessary. So better to eat 3-4 tea spoons of kheer with 1-2 puris now and satisfy yourself. Plus its also normal, that no-body cooks kheer-puri everyday, neither do we eat it everyday. So why deprive once in a month or once in 15 days. If you eat good home made meals everyday, then once in 15 days you can have some rich stuff .

If you are thinking that her diet is eating kheer puri and rice everyday then you need to read her books and use your logic. what she says is dont starve yourself, don't be harsh on your body cause it does so much for you, and also cause starving results into other hormonal imbalances which you won't come to know, till its too late. Starving also leads to muscle loss, which eventually will increase your fat percentage if you stop your workouts or start eating again.

If you look at the society in general, then lots and lots of teenagers are going hungry to loose weight, even if they are not fat. Home makers often look after the whole family, but neglect themselves and in such situation if they decide to stop eating to loose weight, can you imagine how much more it will affect them negatively. SO its a general advise to people, to start eating first. Eating home made meals, is the first thumb rule. Eating healthy stuff which our parents and grand parents have been eating since centuries, is rule number 2. Eating 5-6 healthy meals in a day is rule number 4. Having 3-4 liters of water in a day is rule number 5. When you follow all these rules consistently for long time, your body gets the nourishment and starts discarding the unwanted stuff, that is the fats. When you couple it with proper workouts, then you see results. Now in this if sometimes you feel like eating kheer-puri, then you should eat.

Those rules u say Rujuta lays down..I think most house wives follow. First, normally no one has money to eat out every day. Restaurant food is expensive. Perforce young ones have to eat at home. And our meals are healthy, sabzi, dal, roti , achar. It seems a little difficult to think one can have drastic weight loss that too within a year from bloated to stick thin with out sagging skin and cellulite for a 37 year old just by a diet plan and working out for an hour. You will naturally hv a double chin and saggy cheeks. It's gravity.
She may have been 'maintaining' a certain weight with workout but I doubt it's rujutas diet and workout alone responsible for such drastic change and tightened like a drum on the face skin.
