Prachi Desai is giving Ram Kapoor a pain in the back. We hear the height difference between the two has thrown Ram's back completely out of gear. A source from the sets of Kasamh Se says, "There are these romantic scenes between the two and every time Ram has to keep bending to either say something or hug her and his back starts hurting. Ram even keeps mentioning he wished Prachi was a bit taller, so things would be easier."

she'd look ridiculous in higher heels! Do you see the size of those things on her feet these days? This is probably the reason she is even WEARING heels on the show!! LOL....poor Ram...most of the time the hugs are from PD...guess now we know the reason! Poor man! LOL...Even i have back problems too!! And it sure hurts like hell!
