She knows she only got Chandu kidnapped. But can't say that in front of everyone.

If Advay marries Chandu, she becomes Malkin of the House and Indrani and her family has to depend on her mercy - which is a karela to her.

If Advay takes credit, he gets to marry Chandu and Indrani will lose 2 crores. As such, the others are threatening her for money.

If Chandu believes that Advay arranged for her kidnapping - she knows that he is here only to destroy her and her family's honour right - guess Indrani will use this as trump card for her survival (to stay in the house and depend on Advay for money) and will create MU between Chandvay.
