Why you think he realized yday? His tumhe nahi pata tha makes it clear that he knew he loved her and was surprised that anika says she didn't know.

OmRu ke mahan forget forgive ke baare me bahut rant kardiya kal hi.😆 Point to be noted in the current Ruvya track itself rudy was getting all angry at bhavya for leaving without informing. But he tells shivaay to forget what anika did without knowing any reason too.

he didn't realized his love for anika that toh he knows she is important for him and he has time and again made it pretty clear he loves her he just realized Nkk isn't as strong as before but it's is sso he will jitao his lvoe in 100 ways but then one day for the sake of viewers who love to be spoon fed they will make him have his eureka moment that it was love all along even though we know it from good 8, 9 months now that it is love.

he knows it he loves her isi liye he expects a farak padta hai and i lvoe you back isliye he wanted to marry her again but you know they have to make him say the 3 cheeesyyy words to calm teenyboppers on twitter demanding it

as i said in Anu ka thread too that now that omru know NKK isn't as strong as ever can they plz tell him the truth now cuz it shouldn't matter to him now. before they assumed him to be a weakling but he is not it is time to tell him He deserves to know

I seriously want to see pinky being sent to tirupati yatra by Dadi and shakti before NDE happens😆 and her phone shouldn't be available.

N then get NDE of Shivaay with Annika's FPH😆 n then reunion

Pinky can return from yatra after Shivaay discharge from hospital and Annika beside him..
