Some fishy in Shaurya behavior

Why do I feel like something fishy about Shaurya behavior, what happened in closed room, may be he did not buy the Svetlana act,

I think both mehak and shaurya are acting in front of house members to find out who mixed poison in Mehak's medicine, may be Nani left something behind, that had been got in Shaurya hand when he was alone in his mother room after doctor and every one left
