In Chrome Browser:

I would suggest to test whether your Image has been successfully updated or not. You can do it by right clicking on the Profile Image.

It will give  you the option: Open Image in New Tab. In case its showing the old image

Please try by adding random number prefixed by ? like:

If I add "?2232" after the dp link, I can see the updated display pic which I cropped but then it doesn't update on the site.

Let us know what's to be done?

When I try and upload a new image the site absolutely refuses to change it from the image that I currently have.

If I try and change my avatar to one of IF's standard avatars then it does change to that, but then when I try and change that image to one of my choice it immediately defaults to my old one (the avatar I have currently).

I have been trying for a few days and it is very frustrating.
