MUSKHURAANE KI WAJAH TUM HO

I'm back again with another one 😳

This one is totally different in it's narrative and writing style and I'm hoping you'll like it. I'm posting the prologue below so enjoy and leave your precious feedback! 🤗

Prologue

I lie flat in bed the pitter patter of raindrops posing as a lullaby encouraging me to keep my eyes shut. I toss and turn, unsettled when I hear the door knob unbolt. Grabbing the duvet, I cover my face to avoid making eye contact with the elephant in the room. Before, I know it however, the duvet is pulled off my face and I'm ordered to be ready within 10 minutes. Rubbing my eyes and scratching my hair, I enter the shower.

As I stand under the shower, the hot water pouring onto my body; my tense muscles seem to relax. In those moments I am a free bird released from my cage. I dare to dream, to live. I lose myself to my dreamworld but feel pulled right back into reality with the menacing tone of the Hitler of my life, my FATHER

I shiver under his presence, my palms sweating, heartbeat racing. My heart it feels would pop out of my chest any moment. We drive off to the office but what lays ahead I feel totally unprepared for.

The man in front of me is held in such high regard and I, being his only son the one who's expected to take his lineage forward, wants to escape and have absolutely nothing to do with his empire. I'm afraid however of breaking his heart, of letting his prestige shatter. I can't revolt because I am just not strong enough. Where would I go if he was to throw me out?

nice start. umm actually i m getting a bit confused. who is d only child of that person? ishita? that person gives shelter to her bcoz she was abandoned by her parents. pher wo shelter wale admi uski father kaise huye?
