The word victim has taken on a different meaning now. At first I thought of the stranger on the train as an experienced professional working with people going through trauma. But now, it could mean this guy looks for victims.

Some tragedy happened two years ago. Uma didn't want Khushi to know. Something sinister might be at play. Khushi will want to dig into it.
Arti doesn't want to understand that Khushi was and is a victim too. She only sees her own pain. We can understand her pain, but she has to understand Khushi was not responsible for the tragedy. Arnav has shut himself out too for the moment.

Chapter 4
Arnav does not blame Khushi for the tragedy like his mother does. Arti is beutiful on the outside but a cold person inside. Mano exudes warmth all around. Arti should figure out why people like Mano more.
Arti recognized Khushi 17 years later, but why is she expecting Arnav to do the same? Khushi's face is probably burned into her memory because of her hatred.
The whole family is still reeling from Anjali's disappearance. They never moved on. Akash turned to alcohol.
