When she saw positive Anandi she became negative.
It's not Anandis influence. Bh people are not negative.

When a character wants some more strength then it's easier to be against the main lead. Right now kamli is not as strong as mangala and kamli is positive

Mangala was not this powerful in jhalra. Her character gained strength after she became negative

One is not needed to become negative to show other positive. A negative will be negative irrelevant of whoever is around them.

I'm afraid you missed the point. No need to explain it again as so many already said the same thing. It's not that all characters are negative( actually far from it)  but to prove Anandi's eternal righteousness and greatness even a good people opposed to her at some point must be shown as negative ones.

Was a nice episode.
Difference between M and Anandi is that, M can accept her mistakes and Anandi doesn't even see through.

After listening to N's story, M realised somewhere her plans landed N into danger. Although she only expected N to create ruckus forcing A to bring her to Jhalra, M felt sorry that N had to go through so much just because of her (M) decision.

On the other hand, Anandi is still busy blaming M. Not an iota of regret that how her daughter is forced to live a "torned-life" because of Anandi's decisions back then and even now.

-------

Dsa's words of wisdom and story telling was right, but why not drill some sense into her chidakli who is actually the trouble causer.

Very easy to point out and show power on someone who is on the weaker edge. Why not show this aggressiveness to the one who needs it?

Today finally, DSa, J and A tried to put M down using legal powers, but M's tight virtual slap to Anandi made a wider echo

M's words to A, "that a mother is someone who can understand her daughter"  was awesome. Anandi's face was worth watching.

Mangala may be so wrong in her methods and intentions, but she still proves to better than Anandi as far as Nimboli is concerned.

-------

Anyways, the track forward seems to be predictable. N will go to Jhalra. There she will slowly start missing A and her goodness making M further insecure. On the other hand K and Akhiraj, will make everyone's life horrible. Mangala will lose her marbles and fail to protect N. Anandi will come as a shining warrior to protect her kiddo.

M will lose. Her mistakes will be highlighted and N will happily embrace A as her mother without question.

He was right in asserting his right as choice of life partner - and Anandi also right if she demanded her rights as wife.

I think the makers don't want their audience to sympathise with any other character more than Anandi.
It appears that their strategy is make your lead a "cry baby" and garner sympathy from audience.

Even now, if you see the current MNA track, without getting into nitty-gritties or questioning the practicality (like we often do on the forum), Mangala appears as a vicious black, and Anandi as helpless white.

Lot of TV audience who are not internet savvy or do not care to question the logic beyond a point, will accept the story at surface level and move on. It is not that they do not question, but they are happy to move on, appreciating what they like and ignoring what they cannot change. This helps makers in wanting to carry on aimlessly and endlessly.

What I personally feel happy about is, that there are forums (platforms) on which we can express views and let the makers know that they cannot take us for granted. With changing trends, life styles and expectations, audience is looking for fast-paced, logical and relate-able storyline / theme/ characters.

If not now, things will change in future, to reflect sensibility along with authenticity in the story.

I would personally like to see a situation reflecting the bold above because that's how things happen in real life.  Not hoping for that from BV makers though. They are Anandi centric.

Well Balika Vadhu is Anandi centric since it is her journey from childhood to motherhood.
The kacchi umar ki pakke rishte which once took away every right of hers are now fighting for her rights. She stood by them even when they took away her rights because she cared about them.
The old lady and her grandson who once took away everything from her are now helping her to get back what is rightfully hers.

A person's true character comes out when the person is under testing circumstances.Anandi may not be the wisest but definitely the stronger fighter because she is not losing her ethics in her fight she may be weak whimpering and quivering mass but will not let go of ethics.
The so called fighter let go of ethics at the whiff of threat😛
It is the weaker people who fight dirty in order to win the game.

Stronger people would rather lose than fight dirty and come back another day to fight back stronger..

@ black bold: very well said. No need to fight dirty and compromise on ethics.
But what if there was "No Fight" in the first place?

Is Anandi's fight with Mangala or as a mother who wants to win her daughter? It is the latter.

From Anandi's POV:  Why change the direction of the fight? Tell the girl what is the truth and make efforts in winning her. Why fight against Mangala, who will anyways lose once legalities are brought into picture?

From CV's point: Why show Mangala darker, instead of showing Anandi wiser. Why make the two complementary when they are not.

Why couldn't they have an ethical possessive Mangala vs an ethical good Anandi? Mangala was turned non-ethical only to show Anandi's dumbness bright..

-----

@ blue bold: Happy to know that Anandi is finally  considered as weak and unwise. And her being ethical is her only saving grace. Otherwise Anandi is a loser, as a woman and as a mother.

Mangala was so disgusting yesterday.

After a long time felt like hearing Gouri's screaming

Where was this aggression when the girl was physically tortured day and night?

Anandi is weak only when it comes to her loved ones. Be it Shiv, be it DS, be it Nandini , Shivam.

Being patient and calm , tolerating something for bigger things is not weakness. Its actually strength which very few people have
