FEASTING  AND BINGING

I love to feast my eyes on her

Watching her dress in iyer clothes

I love every accessory that embellishes her from head to toe

I love the way she braids her hair and the jhumkas that bob their heads

Most of all the rings she wears on finger ear and nose

I watch a part of her above the island long to run my hand over the growing bump she conceals

My pleas to see her fully, rejected I long for the chatter to begin

I know when it commences it would go on and on for a while

She seems guarded and measured in her words
