Well I dont even know why this is even being discussed again and again, two threads got closed already.. ... the point every one is making here is that - Saif said he does not have faith in Pakistan because Pakistani court approved the appeal made by a terrorist.. he does not care if he loses that much business in Pakistan or not... He is not even being patriotic here, he is just answering the questions asked by the media.. why is everyone ganging up on him? it is beyond my understanding..It does whatever business it will... I dont think he is promoting himself by bringing all these things..
I think everyone should move on from saying the samething over and over again..😆

\Someone has already asked this question and I will repeat the same, which terrorist of this country appealed to the court of India to ban that movie that shows India support terrorism? and if Hafeez Saeed is not a terrorist why is he scared for his safety?

If a country chooses to work on a terrorists whims and fancies then its their choice really and no other country should be questioning that and well honestly did anyone expect Phantom to release in pakistan they didnt even spare their own actor for featuring in the terrorism related flick Baby then why would anything change now all of a sudden.

He is the reason. Mostly films get banned after passing through censor board. His petition is what led to the ban by the judicial system. Its rare and its funny. It would have been fine if the censor board or the general public would reject the movie because of whatever offensive things were there in the movie. The fact it was done thanks to a terrorist citing his own safety concern. Thats a fact now. He won the case and that led to the ban.

This wud have been banned whether he appealed for it or not. This is not made for pakistani audience.
I dont care whether its because of hafeez i am glad its banned, in the same way anti-indian film do not air in india.

This film may strictly be against the terrorist organization and not Pakistan. I don't know and I can't tell until I watch this film. Kabir says it's not against Pakistan so let's give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

But the trailer? That was extremely negative and it created a lot of reaction. Trailers are suppose to promote the movie and Phantom's team chose this path, by offending all Pakistanis. -- That's not right now is it? After releasing the trailer, you go around telling people Oh the film isn't against pakistan but it's against the group and if you think the group is a part of pakistan only then you will feel this film is against your country. Sure, maybe if you would have mild down in the trailer, things wouldn't turn out so bitter.

Nobody is stupid here. This film is clearly being promoted by riling up citizens from both countries and that's very uncivil.

Lastly, whatever the film is about, it still won't justify Saif's statement. His statement was very wrong and he chose to not clarify it and therefore, all this reaction.

No other country should question? A terrorist responsible for 26/11 attacks in India, a mass murderer, an internationally wanted terrorist with a bounty on his head goes freely to a court and files petition and roams freely in that country as if he did nuthn nd no one should question? Not even India? Its not really about the film its about this fine gentleman who spreads hatred against a country and plots and executes plans against this country who is still roaming around Pakistan

^^ But if thats how that country runs at the politics level , if they were actually taking action against those they had to then this day wudnt come really despite the Peshawar attacks terrorism still feels like a funny thing to many popular faces there.

That was the reason saif reacted, and then pakistani celebs n public too reacted strongly on saifs statement. N its looking as if pak people r supporting a wanted terrorist hafiz saeed.

Hahahaha, look at all these two bit wannabe celebs from Pakistan hitching onto Saif's bandwagon for some publicity.

Also to whoever this Arslan guy is, what do you mean the day we will do anything? India helped turn East Pakistan into Bangladesh. Pakistan lost half of itself... lol talking about how India can't do anything.

Sometimes I wonder if they're so brainwashed with all the bans and whatnot that they don't even know their own Pakistani history.

I'm also not going to get convinced that Saif is all of a sudden so patriotic and against such issues. It's only a matter of his movie doing well that a celeb is making statements.

I highly doubt Pakistan's small market will make a huge difference to Phatom.

U can laugh all u want. 😆 I will join u... i dont even like Saif. But Pakistan is taking Saif so seriously, they have have banned all his future movies. Ouch! for what? a movie against terrorism. 😆 Bahot jalan huyee kya? Saif itna mahaan kabse ho gaya?😆

Be happy with ur terrorists and balanced GOvt and army and ISI and Mullahs And shia.sunnis, china,USA, Iran,Soudia influences... and tell the world we r one (failed) nation. 😆

Every celeb does that.. Saif just hit the nerves of some ppl here on IF at least... hahahahahaha.

Job welldone.

Whyd dont u guys make a forum for urselves? Yaha pe aake marwate ho? Sharmo haya naam ki cheez nahi hai kya? 😆
