CHAPTER 2

Akash had already decided that he will not make Ananya feel but uncomfortable but will try to become her friend. But Ananya was too stubborn. Whenever Akash tried to talk to her, she would ignore. One day, Akash was sitting in the living room and was thinking about something. Natasha came and saw him. She put her hand on his head and asked," Kya baat hai beta? Kya soch raha hai yahan beth kar?" Akash stood up and hugged her mother and asked her," Maa aapne kyun karai thi meri shaadi Ananya se? 4 mahine hone ko hai, aajtak usne mujhse baat tak nahi ki hai. Aap to keheti thi ki vo dheere dheere mujhe accept kar legi par vo to din badin mujhse aur door hoti jaa rahi hai. Mujhe dar hai maa ki kahin main kisi din patience kho na dun." Natasha was really upset to see her son's condition. She knew that Akash was very sensitive. She decided to talk to Aniket about it.

In the evening, Natasha went to Aniket to talk about the matter. As she entered his cabin Aniket stood up and touched her feet. She said, "Aniket beta tu bada hai. Main tujh par bharosa karti hun isiliye zyaada baatein nhi ghumaungi. Beta, tu Ananya ko samjha na. Akash bohot pyaar karta hai use. Ek baar vo use accept krke to dekhe, vo jaan tak de dega uske liye." Aniket felt very bad to hear this as he could easily understand Akash's condition. He said, "Maa main samajh skta hun aap kya khena chati hai. Aap chinta mat kijiye main kal Ananya se baat karta hun.

Next day, Aniket went to Akash's house to meet Ananya. He went inside her room and saw her playing a game on her phone. He cleared his throat to grab her attention. She saw him and ran to hug him. Aniket hugged her back kissed on her forehead. Then he said, "Dekh Ananya, mein tujhse bohot pyaar karta hun isiliye tujhe salha de raha hun. Akash ke saath aisa mat kar. Vo bohot hi acha larka hai. Tujhse bohot pyaar karta hai. Aisa mauka sabko nahi milta." Ananya just nodded her head but from inside, she was burning with anger. After talking to her for some time, Aniket left.

At night when Akash came back from the office, he found Ananya in the balcony. He had no idea about Aniket's visit. He thought to himself, "Chalo ab thori gaaliyaan khai jaaye apni jaan se." He stood next to her and was about to say something when Ananya asked, "Khudse daal nahi gali to bhaiyaa ko bhej diya seeti lagane ke lie?" Akash was shocked. He asked," Kya matlab?" Ananya shouted, " Ya of course! Tumhe to kuch pata hi nahi hai na? Tum hi to sabse bhole aur sabse bichaare. Ab tum kahoge ki tumne to bola hi nahi bhaiya ko mujhse baat karne ke lie. Right ?"

Akash stood there like a statue. He pleaded, "Ananya dekho, main sach mein nhi jaanta kit um kya khe rahi ho. Please for god sake puri baat btao." Ananya looked at him and after sometime told him the whole thing. For some time Akash thought about it and then suddenly ran leaving Ananya all shocked. She followed him.

Akash stormed inside Natasha's room and said, "Maa aapne Aniket ko bola tha Ananya se baat karne ke lie?" Natasha looked at him with a jerk. She said, "Beta vo..." Akash was not in condition to listen to any kind of story or explanation. He shouted, "Maa, Yes or No?" Natasha was shocked to see Akash angry as he always lost his temper in extreme situations. She replied, "Haan, kaha tha meine use. To aur kya karti. Tu har samay itna udaas aur ukhra ukhra sa reheta hai. Maa hun. Bura to lagega na mujhe." Akash looked at her and with tears in his eyes. He held her hands and said, "Maa! Aapne hi karai thi na meri shaadi use? To ab mujhe time to do. main jaanta hunk i aapko bura lagta hai par main bhi kya karun? Main Ananya se pyaar karta hun aur main aaj aapse vaayda karta hun ki sab thik kar dunga. Par aap please uski family ko involve mat kro. Promise me ki ab aisa nahi krogi." Natasha said, "Thik hai beta. Par agar Ananya ne aaj ke baad tujhse rudly baat kari to main use ghar se nikaal dungi."  Akash with a sad smile replied, "maa! Ab use merese jaise baat karni hai vo to karegi na. Iska matlab ye nahi hai hum aisa kuch kare. Main use khud se pyaar karne ke lie force nhi kr sakta pr use pyaar de to sakta hun na." Saying this, he left the room crying.

Unknown to both of them, Ananya heard their conversation. And for the first time in her life, she felt bad for something done by her. She wasn't able to find the reason but yes, she was feeling bad.

Next day onwards, she started noticing Akash's actions. She found that Akash did everything she wanted him to do. The thing that was irritating her most was that Akash never talked to her rudely. He used take care of her. Ananya loved chocolates. He used to get her one every day. He never allowed her to be sad. Every time he did something that used to make Ananya laugh. For one month this happened. She realised his love for her but as we say Jo cheez hamare pass hoti hai, we take it For Granted. The same happened with Ananya. She never bothered to love Akash. One day while she was talking to her friends, Chitra said, "Annie! I hope tu jaanti hai ki tu apni life ke saath kya kar rahi hai." Ananya was shocked at this sudden question. She asked, "Matlab?" Anji said, "Dekh Ananya, hum jaante hai Akash thoda reserved rehete hai par vo bohot acha ladka hai." Ananya gave them a fed up look and said, "Yaar ab tum log mat shuru ho jao please." Chitra and Anji looked at each other and Chitra said, "Annie, hum to bas itna kahenge ki Akash jaisa larka sabko nahi milta and vo tere liye saari zindgi wait nahi karega. Tune zyaada time liya to vo chala jayega aur tab tujhe uski value pata chalegi." Ananya gave them a whatever' look and the three of them left.

In the evening when Akash came home, he was shocked to see a bag full of broken glass peices in Shaina's hand. On enquiring he got to know that while Ananya was trying to carry that container in her hands, it suddenly broke. Akash ran like a mad to his bedroom and found Ananya in tears.

He ran to her, took her hands in his and started to clean the blood. Akash were scolding her continuously for her carelessness and simultaneously was applying medicine on her wounds. Ananya was shocked to see this. She had expected that Akash will not even look at her hand. Akash even fed her and she was continuously staring him.

The whole night she was thinking about Anji's and Chitra's words. Suddenly she started feelind suffocated and the only thought of loosing Akash scared her.  Unknowingly, she had already faalen in love with Akash but wasn't ready to accept it.
