CHAPTER 4

Ananya was lying on the bed and Akash was lying on the couch. Both were trying to sleep but couldn't. After some time Ananya stood up and called Akash. Akash got up and asked, "Kya hua?" She was a bit nervous but then hesitantly said, "Akash...mujhe neend nahi aa rahi...tum please...i mean...if u don't mind to kya tum...u know...bed par so sakte ho...mere saath?"

Akash looked at her with a shocked expression. And after thinking for a few minutes, slowly he went towards Ananya and lied down next to her. She looked at him and then held his hand. Akash was shocked at this but he thought that may be Ananya was scared and that's why she was doing this. But there was a magic and a peace in her touch and that's exactly why Akash slept in few minutes.

Ananya started thinking about all those that took place in the evening and then looked at Akash's sleeping face. She started crying and said,"Kyun Akash? Kyun karte ho mujhse itna pyaar? I don't deserve your love...Nahi bus ab aur nahi...Ab aur tumhe dukhi nahi karungi. Kalse main ek ideal wife banungi. Mujhe pata hai ki tum mujhse gussa ho but ab main tumhara gussa thanda karungi." She slowly kissed his forehead and slept hugging his hand.

Confused? Well, let's rewind the story...

3 HOURS EARLIER

Ananya came downstairs. Aniket smiled at and then slapped her. She fell to the ground. Everybody was shocked. Shruti came forward to stop Aniket. But he was really very angry. He picked up Ananya and shouted, "Do you even realise ki tumne kya kia hai? Akash bichaara tumse pyaar karke kitna pachta raha hai..." Shraddha came forward and held Ananya's hand and said, "Ye kya bole jaa raha hai tu? Akash ne khud Ananya ko ghar se nikala hai...isme is bichaari ki kya galti hai?"

Aniket looked at Ananya and said, "Oh really! My sweetheart...tumhari koi galti nahi hai?" Ananya started looking down. Aniket then turned to Shruti, "Shruti jaakar iska saara saamaan lekar aa." He glared at Ananya and continued, "Abhi ke abhi ise vaapas chod kar aata hun." Ananya started crying and said, "Bhaiya please...mujhe nahi jaana vaha." Aniket slapped her once again and this time she hit her head on the corner of the table. Amar came forward and stopped him and said, "main manta hunk i isne galti ki hai par..." Aniket cut him in middle, "Galti? Isne jo kia hai use galti nahi kehete papa...zindgi barbaad kari hai isne...haan! do parivaaron ka jina mushkil kia hai isne."

He then looked at Shruti and shouted, "Tum abhi tak yahin khadi ho? Kaha na maine jaakar iska saamaan lekar aao." Shruti was scared and immediately ran to Ananya's room. Anji and Chitra were also shocked to see Aniket like that because Aniket loved Ananya very much. Ananya was crying continuously and her mother and friends were consoling her. Aniket looked at her and came near and said in low but angry voice, "Ye aansun bahane ki zarurat nahi hai...akash ye sab dekh skta hoga main nahi...usne tumhari zid kea age ghutne tek die the na isiliye um uske sar par chad gayi...agar main Akash ki jagah hota na to haath pair baandh kar kamre mein band kar deta."

By that time Shruti had packed Ananya's luggage and came downstairs. Aniket said, "Main Ananya ko vaapas chod kar aa raha hun. Aap mein se koi mujhe rokne ke bare mein sochna bhi mat." He was about to leave when Amar interrupted, "Thik hai! Tu chahata hai to chod aa ise par main bhi chalunga tere saath." Aniket nodded and the three of them left.

Akash had just returned from his office. He took a bath and was lying on his bed. He suddenly had a very strange feeling that something bad is happening. He sat on his bed with a worried expression. Just then Prashant entered, she saw Akash and came near and sat beside him and asked, "Kya hua beta? Pareshaan lag raha hai...office mein koi problem?" Akash nodded and said, "Nahi papa...bus aise hi...badi ajeeb si feeling aa rahi hai...ki jaise kuch galat ho raha hai." Prashant smiled and said, "Haan to galat ho to raha hai. Mera beta hasta nahi, saara din kaam karta reheat hai, upar se khaana bhi nahi khaata...isse zyaada kya galat hoga?" Akash looked at him and said, "Papa main jaanta hun ki aap aur maa pareshaan hai par mujhe thoda time chahiye." Prashant was about to say something when they a sound of crying. Both ran down to see something very shocking.

Aniket entered into the house and was pulling Ananya's hairs. Amar was shouting from behind. Natasha and Shaina also came out of their rooms. As soon as Aniket entered inside the living room, he threw Ananya on the floor. Natasha immediately came forward and picked her up. Aniket said, "Akash, abse ye yahin rahegi aur agar isne koi bhi harkat ki to bejhijhak mujhe bata dena."

Amar came forward and said, "Aniket bas kar...Bhen hai teri." Aniket shouted, "Behen hai isiliye abhi tak zinda hai varna kaat daalta ise." He again raised his hand to slap her but this time Akash came forward and held his hand. He then came in between Ananya and Aniket and said in an angry voice, "Ye tumhari behen hai...maan lia par ye meri biwi hai...aur ispar mera haq tumse zyaada hai...aur ise maarna ka haq...maine abhi tak tumhe dia nahi hai...to isiliye aaj ye kia hai...aaj ke baad sochna bhi mat." Ananya was shocked at this as she never expected that Akash will support her after all that had happened between them. Prashant said, "Aniket! Tu chahata hai na ki Ananya yahan rahe to thik hai...yahin rahegi ye aur ab tu jaa yahan se." Akash was about to protest but Prashant said, "Mera decision final hai...aur ab mujhe koi behes nahi chahiye."

Aniket and Amar left the place. Prashant told Shaina to take Ananya to her room. After Ananya left, Akash opened his mouth to say something but Prashant interrupted, "Main jaanta hun tu kya kehena chahta hai...yahi na ki maine Ananya ko uski marzi ke khilaaaf yahan rakha?" Akash nodded and Prashant continued, "Ye karna zaroori tha Akash! Main Aniket ko bohot ache se janta hun. Agar hum Ananya ko na rakhte to vo uska jeena mushkil kar deta." Natasha said, "Haan Akash! Tere papa bilkul thik kehe rahe hai. Aniket ko bohot gussa aaya hua tha. Thode din ruk jaa phir hum Ananya ko vaapas chod aayenge. Ab tu jaa use baat karle." Akash nodded and left.

Akash entered his room and was surprised to see Ananya unpacking her luggage. He said, "Kya hua Ananya? Tension mat lo...mom dad se baat karli hai maine...do teen din mein vo tumhe vaapas chod aayenge." Akash tapped on her shoulder and continued, "Kuch to bolo..?"

Ananya turned and shouted, "Nahi jaana mujhe vaapas. Koi nahi chahata ki main jaun. Ain hi bus zid karti reheti hun. Ab bus...nahi jaana mujhe." She started crying. Akash made her sit and said, "Dekho Ananya...Aniket bhaiya ko gussa aaya hua tha. Tum chinta mat karo...sab thik ho jayega. OK?" Ananya directly asked him the most shocking question, "Tum mere saath rehena chahte ho?" Akash looked at her like a fool and said, "Haan" At this Ananya hugged him. Akash felt that something very important has come to him. He wrapped his arms around Ananya and both stayed there for a long time.

After that Akash cleaned her wounds and made her eat food and told her to sleep. Akash thought that Ananya was really upset and that's why she said that she doesn't want to go back. He decided that after a week he will send her back. Ananya was extremely angry on herself. She was touched to see Akash's love and care. She had expected that Akash will treat her like an animal but instead he was treating her like an angel. She was continuously cursing herself. Ananya was lying on the bed and Akash was lying on the couch. Both were trying to sleep but couldn't.

And now, coming back to present...

This is how FINALLY Ananya realised her mistake and decided to become an ideal wife.

Next morning Akash woke up to see something shocking...
