why aren't episodes uploaded on you tube?

it's so difficult for me to watch episodes from different sites on mobile. Intact I m not able to watch only.

Hot star is bakwas app, even with WiFi, it's creates problem, so slow, only able to hear audio.

Is there any other way out?
