For me the USP of today's Episode was Sahir pouring his heart out to Ashrafi ; The scene beautifully depicted the loneliness that Sahir feels and how he badly needs a companion in life who can understand him and give him some much needed love and affection 😭
Finally Sahir decides to confront Aarzoo and tell her the truth about his deal and why Zaki-Sam marriage is important for the deal .. He even proposes her for marriage but this time not out of love but more like a business deal though we know reality is different 😉... Sahir knew that he will get a negative reaction from Aarzoo because she is not someone who will marry for money but yet he had to give her the money offer for marriage because he also knew that if he had told her that he wants to marry her for love , then he would never believe him , but at least she will believe his words now if he says that he will marry her for money and then give her money in return ... I m glad Sahir told her the truth about how his house and Sayyara r at stake because of this deal and how he was forced to play this love game with her to prove to Zaki that she does not love him ... Admitting your mistake in front of the victim is a big thing and I m glad Sahir did that today 👍🏼
Aarzo's reaction was justified too .. I mean its obvious that she will not accept his proposal with open arms especially the way Sahir offers her money for marriage .. Already this same Money has played havoc in her life the way Sarfaraz's second wife keeps humiliating them for money ,. now again hearing the same money rant from Sahir will obviously boil her blood and she will think that all men only run behind money and not emotions ; We often form opinions based on our own life's experience like how in Sahir's case he lost trust in women and love because of Zeenat factor , similarly in Aarzoo's case she lost trust in men because of Sarfaraz and now Sahir factor .. Just how Sahir believes women only run after money due to Zeenat factor , same way Aarzoo believes men can even sell off their relations for money due to Sahir and Sarfaraz factor ... We know Sahir's suffereings because we hv seen his lonely moments like the one with Ashrafi today but lets not forget Aarzoo has not witnessed these moments , so for her Sahir comes across as a shrewd businessman who gives no value to love or relations when it comes to money because thats what he always claims in his words too ...
So Aarzoo opens the knot she tied for always loving him and instead ties another knot for always hating him now 😳😆 ; I wonder when will she plan to open this knot now because I bet post marriage it wont stay for long as she will start finding about Sahir's past story 😉😳 .. Aarzoo cursing Sahir about how his wife must hv left him because of his heartless money-minded and shrewd nature was quite rude but then again Aarzoo has no idea what Sahir went through in his life and after the betrayal she suffered from him , its obvious to draw the worst conclusion against the person u loved the most once upon a time but now hate him the most 😭 .. I really felt bad for Sahir that time who kept looking at Aarzoo with complete silence and moistness in his eyes because whatever Aarzoo told him about his wife actually applies to his wife since she was the one who must hv left him for money before going into coma and thats the sad irony of Sahir's life 😭😭 .. No wonder he dint counterattack Aarzoo there because he knew that she is angry on him and also too naive to understand the complexity of his life ; Sahir's silent expressions suggested that he wished he could tell Aarzoo that he too was like her once upon a time but he was forced to become a money making machine by his wife only 😭😭 ; He really wanted to tell her that no person is born heartless in this world , its the circumstances which makes one heartless
Then comes the best scene of the episode where Sahir pours his heart out to Ashrafi about Aarzoo's anger and his loneliness .. My heart went out to him today when he told Ashrafi that now he is tired of talking to himself in alone , he wants to live his life now and take a step forward towards Aarzoo but that old promise is stopping him from doing so 😭😭 ; So now its clear that Sahir wants to hold back his feelings for Aarzoo because of that promise only and mayb thats why he is so desperate to get done with the deal so that once the promise is fulfilled , he can then confess his love to Aarzoo in real without the pressure of any past baggage ; But till that promise is there with him , he does not want to commit love to Aarzoo ; This makes me wonder why is this promise so important for Sahir when he clearly does not love his wife and is now almost sure in his mind that he loves Aarzoo and so her anger or rudeness affects him so much 🤔 ; I wonder the significance of this promise now .. Wish CVs throw some light in his past related to Zeenat and this promise post marriage ... His talk to Ashrafi clearly indicates that he is tired of being lonely in his life and wants Aarzoo to become his humsafar in real so that finally he can share his emotions with her 😳 .. Harshad was brilliant in the scene with his voice modulation the way he almost choked up while saying those emotional dialogues and feeling all lonely after Aarzoo snubbed him too 😭😭 ; Wish Aarzoo could see this side of Sahir too 😭 ...
Now what pissed me off today about Aarzoo was her double standards .. On one hand she refuses to take financial help from Sahir and on other hand she has no issues thinking about selling off his gifted bracelet for money ?? So isn't she indirectly taking money from Sahir only since Sahir only got that bracelet for her ?? ; If she can return back those kangans to Alvira , then why cant she do the same with the bracelet too ? .. Initially I thought she dont want to return it back because she still loves him and so wants to keep that bracelet as memory of their good times and mentioned the same in my earlier post too but after today's episode , I feel she just wants to keep that costly bracelet so that she can sell it later for money 😕 ...
Also she has no issues accepting money from Zaki who too belongs to the same family ?? 😕 .. I know Zaki is a friend but again he has no income of his own , so from where he can get his own money like he claimed ?? hein 😕😆 ; Obviously its either Sayyara's money or Sahir's money only which Zaki must hv got as his pocket money 😆 but Aarzoo has no issue accepting it after the initial hesitation .. I respect Aarzoo a lot for the kind of self-respect she always showed but today she was a total letdown here 👎🏼 .. I dont mind her being rude to Sahir after what he did to her and I also dont mind her being friendly with Zaki either since he was always a good friend to her but my point is if she dont want to take money from Sahir or Alvira , then why accept money from that same family's another member which is nothing but double standard since she very much knows Zaki's money too will come from Sayyara ala Sahir only as Zaki dont hv a income of his own to give her a big amount
