Evacuation time for Nimrat Kaur

The actress will play Akshay Kumar's wife in her next film.
While she's currently shooting the Emmy Award-winning American drama Homeland in Cape Town, Bollywood hasn't taken a backseat for The Lunchbox actress, Nimrat Kaur.
Mirror has learnt that Nimrat has been roped in by Nikhil Advani to play Akshay Kumar's wife in a film that the actor will co-produce with the director.
The film, titled Airlift, will be directed by Raja Krishna Menon, who previously directed the Naseeruddin Shahstarrer Barah Aana (2009).
A source in the production crew told Mirror, "The film is based on the large-scale evacuation of Indians from Kuwait during Iraq's invasion of the country in 1990."
In the film, Akshay will be seen playing Ranjit Katyal, a billionaire businessman who aids the high-profile rescue operation. Nimrat plays his wife and aide.
Added the source: "Nimrat has a pivotal role and substantial screen time. The film will be made on the lines of a sleek Hollywood thriller."
Airlift goes on floors in May 2015 and will be extensively shot in the Middle East. The makers also intend to recreate Kuwait's war zones.
Nikhil Advani and Akshay Kumar remained unavailable for comment.
