I honestly thought the film will tank! But Mardaani collected 3.75 crores which is brilliant considering the low buzz and the fact that SR is still on. I think the positive reviews and good wom will ensure the film picks up. It can go Kahaani/Queen way. I hope it does, Rani deserves it.

The film collected more than other female centric movies. Yaaay. Rani might actually be a strong contender for best actress this year, if the film picks up!

I seriously hope that Mardaani does really well. The opening is fantastic. I didn't watched Mardaani yet but I can say that rani must had been amazing in the movie. I am looking forward to watching it.

And for sure rani is back in the game, she's mind blowing actress, have YRF by her side, and age is on her side too. Plus there are rumors that she might do a movie with Srk

Now it's gonna be all good for her.

I had a sense after seeing trailers it will do well.. I liked rani like this in no one has killed Jessica n now mardaani. Even though she was good in talash but talash was bebos show.

I really hope Mardaani does well for Rani. She's genuinely one greatly talented actress, but very underrated. I hope Mardaani becomes a Hit, so that Rani can be back in the game with other bigger projects.

So far this movie is doing really well for Rani. It doesn't need to be a 100 or 200 crore film. Most reviews seem so positive, but better yet Rani's performance is getting a lot of praise.

The generation has moved on to other actresses now, and Rani's days are gone. But I'm so happy for her that this movie is proving to be a positive one. She needs this. And its doing so well for her. I hope she can bag the best actress award. Tough competition, but at least she has a chance to be in it.

she better win the best actress award, this movie seems like the only decent movie in 2014 so far, it should be a hit

I dont think Rani is back in the game. But Mardani not tanking completely is good news for people like me who want to see more women centric films as well as Pradeep Sarkar. Fingers crossed that it will pick up further.
