For a simple reason that Ruqu feels insecure around Jodha for losing to Jodha.

1. She was his only Khas Begum and the moment jodha entered Agra, even while she was hating him, Jalal called her and Salima Begum as his Khas Begums as well. First loss.

2. She was his only friend and now Jalal had declared openly to her that Jodha is also his friend. Second loss.

3. He was only listening whatever Ruqu tells him but now he listens to Jodha than Ruqu and also acts as Jodha wants. Third loss.

4. Ruqu was happy to feel that Jalal cares a Damn for Jodha but now she knows that Jalal cares more for Jodha. Forth loss.

5. Jalal never feared for someone's life but cried for Jodha's. Fifth loss.

6. Jalal never reprimanded Ruqu for anyone but did that for Jodha. sixth loss.

7. Ruqu had thought he will not enter her her Hojra after the Harem issue but with his hurt feelings, he went to her to bury his sorrow. She is elated and that is teh precise reason, she was in front of Jodha, may be even before she brushed to show off that Jalal slept with her in teh night.

Mansi, with this ststement, it is clear that tehy had a fling i the night😉

WOW POST! It felt as if I was watching the episode again 👏 Today I thought I would read all responses first before commenting, but the pages just kept increasing! I won't repeat what all of you have already expressed.

Some points that struck me were:

1. HB once told Jalal (before he was to marry Ben) that one day he would find a woman next to whom he can sleep peacefully without any fear or worry. Yesterday, Jalal found that woman.

2. They have shared a bed in the past in the Amer track, but yes, yesterday was the first time they were doing it as husband-wife, without any compulsions or trying to force the other to share the bed.

3. Though Jalal joked about the dhakka, the pain behind his laughter was visible. However, I am hopeful now that Jodha will be able to erase that pain herself without any need for Rahim to read the letter.

4. Ever since Jalal met Jodha, he has not been able to sleep thru the night with Ruq. The earliest such scene was in the MC track. Jalal is unable to sleep with Ruq as he keeps thinking of the poem Jodha has written for his yet to be born child. (No wonder, Ruq needs to tell Jodha about her conquest the night before!)

5. The pallu scene is a repeat. Once early on, Jodha sees Jalal enter her hojra and turns her face away from him. She feels a tug on her pallu and without looking back, she asks Jalal to leave her pallu, only to realize that it's Rahim who was holding her pallu. Jalal laughs and tells Rahim in mock anger that if it had been any one else, he (Jalal) would have punished him for holding Jodha's pallu.

6. Going by yesterday's episode, the track may go in 2 ways:

(i) Jalal and Jodha continue to be mature and dignified. There is no jungle track or Amer track. There is an attack and Sujamal saves Jalal and tells him everything. The MU is cleared and JJ is happy.

(ii) Since Jalal is not showing any real anger towards Jodha or making any plans to banish her, MA may play some mean game to instigate Jalal, may be by revealing Sujamal's identity. This is the only way in which Jodha can be sent away by Jalal going by the present mood of the track.

Hope for today's episode: Jalal wakes up after Ruq goes and spends some time alone with Jodha, where he at least notices that Jodha is comfortable with him in her bed. 😳

Loved the way Jalal looked like a total lost child after getting drunk as he just could not find his peace of mind in Ruqaiyya's company ... Ruqaiyya is still treating Jalal like her childhood buddy with whom she will play games and then he will pamper her etc etc but she is not able to understand that right now Jalal needs that emotional and physical comfort of a woman or a wife that involves love and dedication and this is where Jalal-Ruqaiyya relation fails ... No wonder he finds his real peace in Jodha's room just watching her sleep 😳😳

Though the images of Jodha with another man disturbs him after a point the moment he comes close to admiring Jodha's beauty and lips 😛 , but still he falls asleep in Jodha's room only because his subconscious mind still believes Jodha can never do anything wrong and is just waiting for her to spill the beans 😳

Loved the way Jodha rests Jalal in her own bed and gives him the much needed comfort which is a total contrast to the last night scene when same Jodha pushed him away ... Its more like a loop closure of sorts and goes onto show how their relation dynamics hv changed now over the last few weeks ... Jodha no more feels terified of Jalal's presense in her room 😳

Also loved Jalal's sarcastic dialogue to Jodha about how last time she pushed him away and this time he fell down on his own .. a funny yet sad irony 😭 ... Mayb Jalal is trying to hint to Jodha that is it not in his destiny to get her love and affection ever because whenever he tries coming close to her , somehow destiny pulls him away from her 😭😭 ... But destiny hv actually answered his query indirectly when Jodha's dupatta gets stuck under his hand and I guess Jodha got the hint there while Jalal fell asleep 😉😳 ...

So the progress is made here .. like u said Mansi .. though not together but still they hv reached at a stage where Jodha no more feels scared sharing the same bed with Jalal ... she has that trust in him now and this is quite a positive progress amidst the shadow of all sort of doubts and misunderstanding .. 👍🏼


Rest of the scenes like Maham and Sujamal one was mere filler I thought because I still dont get what Maham will get from this ... Is she expecting Sujamal and Jodha to meet secretly in Mahal again and get them both caught red-handed ?? 🤔 .. But in that case all will also know its Sujamal and not any paraya mard .. so that part of MU in Jalal's mind will b cleared off na ... so what is Maham's plan basically ?? 😕 ...

Anyways I m more content with the Jalal-Jodha scene and interesting precap than anything else 😉😳

I knew you would like this direction of the intercuts! Even the places where the scenes were cut between Jalal ka scene and Jodha ka scene was good, na?

Jyoti, as we both have discussed many times before ... whatever a person may say, even if that is not the truth, what their actions show is usually the truth.

So the way Jalal came into Jodha''s room and slept there after feelings all those feelings for despite her "lying" is proof that somewhere deep down inside he doesn't believe her capable her of wrong doing.

Even if his words are not enough his actions were showing proof of his real belief on the subject!

Jyoti, after a long time we got an episode with about 90% Jodha-Jalal-bedroom and 10% Maham-Sujamal! We have to be thankful for these mercies!
