Is Anjali really mentally unstable or is it just a facade. I'm beginning to wonder..

I would seriously run away if I were Khushi. I don't care about Arnav..he'll find a way to get out of this mess of a dysfunctional family himself. It's going to be difficult kicking out either or both of them, so it's better running away :P
