None of them needed it. I think there's always the prejudice that Pakistani's have big noses. Most of them had nose surgeries. They're fine before, fine after but that's not the point. 🤔

Lol were you only recently introduced to Fawad? I have been a fan since EP, so when Humsafar started, his nose job to me was veryyy obvious. However, it looks great, he didn't need it but the new one is nice.

I don't know why so many celebrities do this. Most of them were really pretty before the surgery. And Sadia Imam and Mona Lisa look horrible now because of it. Oh, and they forgot Sarwat Gilani. She definitely had a nose job and got her hair permanently straightened, though I think she looked prettier before.

The writer said Mehwish looks better...seriously? Mehwish looks horrible, she destroyed that pretty face of hers but then again it appears the writer only recently discovered Mehwish so doesn't know what she originally looked like.

Mehwish is a disaster in Ru Baru (check out her bloated face in the ost where she is crying).

^agreed Umz. Mehwish looks horrible.. but its Sadia Imam who looks the worst. I mean she literally ruined her face. another one missing in this list is Mishi Khan, she too looks horrible.
