Great take as usual Diya.
What an amazing episode...loved it. Hats off to the creative team and the technical team. 👏👏 Everything was top notch. Loved the performances too. Sanaya was simply superb..she made Paro's sadness of parting from her loved ones so real and later her shock and fear...she was outstanding.👏👏 Ashish was fabulous too. 👏👏

Amazing post Diya. Yesterday's episode was excellent. It was gripping and intense. It must have been a horrific moment for the bride and groom to be caught in a battle of gun firing. Paro was terrified, she had no where to go and hide herself. In the end, she faces her tormentor as she relives her past and nightmares. The fear and anxiety is too much to handle and she faints due to it.

Wonderful post as usual and lovely responses
You know I dreamt that I already posted on this thread so was shocked when I didn't see it!

Onto my review

so at last we got the start of the shoot-out at Birpur scene, I could feel the tension rising all episode we all knew what would happen - but the calm before the storm is always the scariest

OK my faith in border security has just plummeted ( except for Rudra and Aman of course)
seriously - they couldn't find any guns and then took ages to break open the bride's baggage? whilst the bad guys took as as long as they liked to get their guns out, load up and aim

Loved the filmy action scenes agree with you the behind the scenes gang deserve full credit here ( though how could i not mention the camels - who were happily munching away in the background - not too fussed with the human shoot-out going on around them 😆)
The last scene was of course mind-blowing - I think you are right Ashish was referring to this scene when he tweeted deafening silence in the middle of gunfire

wow Rudra and Paro - when your love story is written in blood in the desert sands - that's the scene you will get - both unable to move - in Paro's case significant moments in her life flash before her eyes and she still struggles to fully see this BSD officer as a villain though all the evidence points to it - but she does not run
Rudra meanwhile - is similarly dumbfounded - no ma flashbacks here (they will come) but more tumble in the sands - why can't you pull the trigger Rudra? what is stopping you? Beauty and innocence and love can't really exist all in one woman can it? Why can't you hate her and just pull the trigger?

awesome scene

@the last ... awesome!!! 👏 She cannot run ... he cannot shoot ...

Lovely take, Anita!

Good epi. Loved the production values. Very cine-esque feel to the whole thing. Only wish they had tightened the parts where the BSD search the camels. Hard to imagine they wouldn't find the guns. Oh well! :)

Paro/Rudra scene was fantastic. Loved the world slowing down around them.

I completely agree...when the baraati started getting guns from the camel backs, that was the first thing that came to my mind...that the BSD did such a crappy job of searching ..those guns were right under blankets...that was definitely a blooper😆
