Abha unites Fijian fans

The name of Suhasi Goradia Dhami may not ring a bell for many people in Fiji. But when one talks about Abha of Yahan Mein Ghar Ghar Kheli- just about every Fijian TV watcher knows who she is.
Suhasi or Abha as she is better known in Fiji, arrived into the country yesterday for her series of shows.
Her first show will be at Sigatoka's Lawaqa Park today.
As she arrived at Nadi International Airport, scores of airport staff and fans greeted her.
Comedian Jimmy Moses was also part of the group. Moses is the brother of comedy king Johnny Lever.
Suhasi says she is excited to be in the country.
"When I first heard about Fiji, I was wondering how we have eight shows in such a small country. But, as I arrived here, I am overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of Fijians,'' she said.
"What is truly amazing that everyone- Fijians (iTaukei) and Indians alike have watched the show and are equally enthusiastic," Suhasi said.

Brother's journey from Nausori
Two brothers- Sanjesh Ram and Yashvardhan Ram -travelled all the way from Nausori to Nadi International Airport yesterday just to catch a glimpse of Abha.
They found out about her impending arrival and decided to take a road trip to see her.
"Our entire family is looking forward to watch her show on 15th at Vodafone Arena but we had to come and see her when she arrived.
"She is really pretty and very down to earth. She greeted everyone with a big smile and bula. We are looking forward to her show," Mr Ram said.
Promoter of Trivision Entertainment Dharmend Shyam said there was a lot in store for people who come to watch Suhani's shows.
"Abha is a great dancer. This will be a chance for Fijians to see her perform live. Jimmy will be keeping the crowd entertained with his comedy.
"There are so many things that I do not want to reveal as yet. People have to come and see for themselves and not spoil the suspense," Mr Shyam said.
