TB - Kapil Nirmal was decided to play Karna

Thank god it never happened otherwise we would have missed out a chance of seeing a star performer like Aham Sharma! I can't imagine anyone else other than Aham Sharma as Karna! Thanks to Kapil Nirmal's unfavoured luck...but he is a good actor! 😛 😊Edited by candidfrisky - 10 years ago

Yup aham is ok,but nobody can beat pankaj dheer as karna,I am sorry,but though this mahabharata is lavishly build,but as far as acting is concerned,b r chopra ' s mahabharat is head and shoulders ahead of this. Edited by vayuu1 - 10 years ago

kapil i think he would have been perfect , he fits the image of karna i had. aham is gud but i go for kapil and he acts very well .Edited by princessofkesar - 10 years ago

Hiten tejwani is also a very good actor but he didn't really shine in Ekta's MB, did he?, The same for Ronit roy,  who played Bhishma in Ekta's MB is a fantastic actor but he didnt really do anything spectacular, Arav plays Bhishma perfectly and so does Aham sharma.

Not everyone can play a Mythological character, that too a role most desired by Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan. If anyone other than Aham sharma would have been good it has to be Mohit Raina ( He too desired the role of Karna )
