Their pain, suffering, longing for each and the damaged love they had in their hearts was so prominent in that sequence. I thoroughly enjoyed it! 😳

Even the kaatte nahin katte song sequence in the entertainment room was really awesome! 😳

I've been watching an abundance of past episodes lately, okay basically a re-watch of the whole show 😆

There's way to much to recall I would also add:-

The time where Madhu covers RK with blanket, strokes his hair and face, turns round and RK opens his eyes, then closes when she looks back

The first time they felt each others presence at the hospital, Madhu leaves to get medicine, but stands outside, tears fall, she touches the glass, keeps trying to remain hidden as RK looks up, hum hain deewane plays for the very first time.
