What started as a plan to appease Di and the family has today reached it's climax...! The FAKE relationship has turned into a REAL shaadi...!
They have come so far!
This was just too good...you have no clue how much I will miss your writing...
As always your dedication heartfelt and beautiful...your bond reminding me if my two sisters...who more than anything I love...
As always the picture comments and dialogues perfect ...thanks to La!
I loved how the update starts with the wedding and everyone ecstatic, offering and accepting congratulation, celebrations, beaming and satisfied faces...and amidst all this the two people who were reason for all this jubilation were pretending not to feel the same, glaring at each other silently...
I can imagine his smirk when he tells her not to look at him with so much love , being sarcastic of course ...or what would everyone think ...referring to the anger on her face and the looks she was giving him...but faking their smiles in front of the guests who were wishing them a life time of happiness ...and truckloads of children ...
And in her anger she tells him not to speak about Love..while keeping up appearances and smiling at the guests...annoyed at his refusal to accept, acknowledge or admit it...
The love he claims she first gave to him and then so unceremoniously took back...questioning her who does that ?
I love how she denies ever having told him..reminded me of that scene where she denies calling him to check on him, during the mehendi, denies the A on her palm amongst other denials...but could completely picture her denying it!
I loved that it bothers him that she takes it back or rather denies ever having said it, remembering the sequence of event from the previous night ...
Her running to him, confessing her love, making him feel an innate pleasure from hearing those words and her kiss totally taken aback by both rendering him speechless, made a hasty exit...not really knowing what to say but as soon as he regains his ability to think by which time he had reached home, and after breaking he heart by his silence and inability to express his feelings or reciprocate his feelings...he realises he loved her too..enough to make him want to break into a Bollywood dance , if he was the type to do so in private...loved that...(reminding me of the pelvic thrust moment from the sangeet episode) but knowing that she loved him and realising that he loved her...
And so obviously in order to preserve her self respect and herself from embarrassment ...after her spontaneous and very obvious admission of her love and his running away, she pretends it never happened, completely denying it and he with her denial now refusing to give her the pleasure of his admission , thinking how could he ..ASR...confess when she has just taken hers back? ..back to their games...right from then to the wedding night ...till it dawned on them that this was potentially going to ruin their wedding night!
And now he was so consumed with ways to get her to accept her love instead of focusing on letting her know just how important to him and to his life she is...really ASR!?
And here they were married, he with agony watching her cry, fight they might, but nothing pained him more than tears in her eyes...and the tears seemed to have a contagious effect and soon like an epidemic it was spreading...wildly...till everyone around him seemed to have caught the bug..I loved that ...and then him trying to coax her into his arms but she relentlessly holding onto Payal, until he whispers that he is giving her a lifelong opportunity to make him cry and suffer ...and did that work like magic...ha ha that was too good an opportunity for her to miss and off she goes...into his waiting arms, saying her final byes, and into the car...not letting go of any opportunity and clearly unable to resist her...he teases her about kissing away her tears, till she reminds him that they are not alone, realising his genuine concern for her ..reaffirming her belief of his feelings for her...and I loved how taking that as a suggestive hint from her...he teases her about the offer still being valid for later in private ...unlike her , which he will not take back...and Khushi no less, still denying the incident vehemently...
I loved the next part and his feeling picking her up in his arms like he just got lucky wanting to quickly take her to their room. His deliberate decision to keep her away from wearing red, knowing how difficult it would be to resist the temptation she would be prove to be and the disapproval of the family at his failure to do so...could just picture him with with that very apt description mighty pleased with himself ...for finally and legally living out his desires without any need for self control ...
But that was not to be...and mami, loved the use of that dialogue here...I wish La had inserted that picture in her comment with them on the bed...he looked so hot in that one...but then Barun does in most! Calls them back for the post wedding games, his verbal disappointment causing his blushing bride to blushing to increase...so beautifully written, maza aagaya !
The ring in the milk bowl, I so badly wanted them to play this in the show...but alas it was never to be, so thank you for writing this...
Loved how both being competitive and especially under the circumstances of their ongoing Cold War neither one of them wanting to give in, winning one round each with great expectations from their personal cheering squads ...and Shyam's experienced advice of letting the wife win...to Anjali's "aap bhi na" I loved it,...but Khushi's shatir dimaag and her innocent ,bechari looks..and everything I do I do for you looks, which had the exact effect she hoped for...he never stood a chance against winning her the ring. I really felt like it was happening in front of me...and I loved how you wrote the perspective of the other two couples...Akash looking at Payal, already proclaiming her the winner for when it was their time and Nk also taking a chance looking at La...with the soon if will be your turn ( with me) look and thanks to La being so engrossed in the present scene received a smile rather than a glare...much to his excitement ...
Cursing women and the stupid custom irritated by the face that he had to pay his own sister to go to his own wife into their own room: ha ha
I loved how he is unsure of what would happen if she would allow him to touch her let alone do more what after all that teasing , nevertheless he went in smirking ...only to find his wife of few hours sitting and crying !
And I loved those tears being his undoing seeing which he runs to her side and subsequently takes his wife of a few hours back to her parents house just a few hours she had left it ! Only Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada was capable of this.
I loved the detail of them having changed into casuals before they go and her excited and how despite the initial concern about her sudden and unexpected arrival the same night as her wedding and the not so serious shouting she receives for her childish behaviour she had been missed ! I loved how she reminds Payal about his preference and inhe meetha mana hai: I love how he explains that he has just brought her for a visit sensing their apprehension running out...of course he does love her...what is all this if not love in its purest form...
Loved how he was surprised he was at hearing Shashi speak, something he did rarely also I liked that Shashi did not make his diabetics a big deal and mentions his inability to eat meetha so matter of factly...and about Khushi 's jalebi obsession that he had figured out from the night their relationship was sealed...
I loved that they ( read Khushi ) finally have to be almost forced to leave and also how buaji whispers something angrily to the new bride, causing her to blush, seeing which Arnav smirks realising its probably advice that would benefit him...he does not miss anything about her...even her expressions...
I absolutely loved when he goes back realising his phone is left behind and his conversation with buaji...her teasing him, saying they only had one Khushi to give and his response that one Khushi is more than enough, and then Like how she picking up the phone says crazy too and he responds with a smile ...one that arrears instantly on his face at the mention of his wife, that she is all he wants and perfect for me..( to me)! L-O-V-E...
I loved when she says if he is taking her side he must be crazy too and almost rhetorical question about his loving her a lot...loved the reversal in the dialogue, this is what buaji asks Khushi on the Shagun day, in the show...I loved it...the way you thought to use it I this context ...
Loved his honest and heartfelt response... the first time he was admitting his love for her and that to, to buaji nonetheless ! Really ! But that bohot to me was perfect...
Unknown to him Khushi has heard it ..finally and hearing him, she ran out panting and her heart racing...superb ..
Back at home, in their room, a perfect setting for their first night..their hearts racing with anxiety and desire ...their passions for each other making it difficult to resist the temptation , both feeling it with equal intensity...I loved how he says that he knows which direction her thoughts are headed and he is already way ahead in that direction but questions still unanswered ...and once again he asks her why she took back his acceptance of love and she wants to know why he confessed to her buaji about his love ...! This was hilarious...did not anticipate this...
I loved how this leads them to do what they do best ..act stubborn and proud and then fight...neither accepting their love, when they both know they do.. both denying it till but was it worth it, fooling the families they had come a long way but fooling themselves ! I loved how they are both thinking is this not the appropriate time and place, united by marriage on the threshold of a new life, both in love, should ego win and they almost simultaneously finally admit thier love...with an iconic..." I love you dammit" this dialogue immortalised forever by the two most unforgettable screen Jodi...played to perfection by Barun and Sanaya...
I loved that barely had the last words left this lips when all their pent up desire takes over with such an intensity , hunger and potent desire...I love how during their love making they complement each other she tries to overcome her shyness and gives into desire and he trying to be slow and understanding despite his desire...and how they come together emotionally and physically expressing and admitting their love repeatedly ...pride and inhibitions having taken a back seat...beautiful ...thanks for such a great SR scene. One more unfulfilled wish from the show...that you have brought to life !
I understand her soreness and his stiffness but not why they wake up alone in different places and not in each others arms...
Could it be her threat of him sleeping in the poolside about the Sheetal episode ?
Her pushing him of the bed courtesy her taikwando position ?
Or doing what they do...no longer the best ...the stiff and sore bodies s proof of that ...so second best...another fight?
Or simply you took your revenge on him for making KKGSR sleep by the poolside in the show.,
As soon as I am done posting this ...I will start hounding you...
If was such a paisa wasool update...with everything ...marriage, fight, love, romance, tears, teasing, rasams, the dialogues...anger, the making up, the madness of what we all loved on the show ...so thank you!
