This is masterchef so the person who according to the judges cooks better wins, it is not about being poor. Besides I cant stand shows where people have to show their life stories to garner sympathy, all I have seen is how Yasmin and Khoku are poor need the money, but dont forget the rest of the contestants they are as good as these 2. I feel both khoku and yasmin deserved the super power coz they made better dishes than the rest and not because they are poor, I am looking at the contestants talent.
saw sunday episode also, where yashmeen shared the recipe of the this dish and used amul products.and she said it can taken by diabetic patients as well !!!!
and website of amul says, amulaya has sugar !!!!
can some one please clear that can products like amulya be taken by diabetics??? anyone with medical background here or well informed with diabetes ...
was just curious to know !!!!😛
i thought sugar and it's products are avoided in diabetes!!!
anyone???? 😛
this forum is very slow !!!!😆
I am a pharmacist and as far as sugar and diabetics, they need to avoid to the extent possible. It is not possible to avoid all sugar as even complex carbs are broken down to sugar in the body. my dad was a diabetic so have that experience as wellpersonally i don't think her desert was suitable for diabetics because irrespective of the presence or absence of added sugar, the calorific content and fat content was too high with the use of mawa, coconut, dry fruits etc.not healthy
