I didn't hear the song before, but the wordings are just perfect to describe their feelings.

trying to change La as if sh is a tiny baby not a grown up person who will only change if she findsthat is good for her.

you just nailed the point.

the lines are so apt with the scenes, with their emotions.

How do you find those appropriate songs?

Dosti tumse karli usne apna haath badhakar

Kaash tumhare iss hasee ki vajah main ban paata

Kaash tumhe apne dil ka haal bata paata

Pata hai tum mujhe kisee aur ke saath nahin dekh sakti

Jhijhak tumhari aankhon ki mujhse chupa nahin sakti

Mami ki baaton se chot tumne khayi

Is baat ka asar chehre par tumne nahin dikhayi

Bahut kuch kehna chahta tha, kaash tum ye jaanlo

Bas itna hi pooch saka Khushi, Tum theek ho?

Translation:

You asked for forgiveness after accepting your mistakes

I am amazed at knowing about your innocence

You've won the heart of Lavanya, by saving her from Nani

She made friendship with you by extending her hand

If only I could be the reason for your smile

If only I could tell you the state of my heart

the time to hesitate is through. oh the doors and the mad memories they unlock. thanks so much. would listen to that song with a particular concentration all because the boy i like liked these guys. never heard of the doors till then. gah, i am so fake. but fell for this one, la woman, don't ya love her madly, and what was that about the wings of a butterfly. jim morrison was his man too. mojo rising... ah what times.

whenever an episode moves me too much i run to goodreads for a good quote. and there i see this one from jm, really the real musicians rarely spoke nonsense or sweet easy things.
