I see a lot of discontent in the forum in regards to the slap. Whilst violence is wrong, sometimes parents do tend to smack their child to teach them the right and wrongs of life (I don't mean child abuse here, but reasonable chastisement is surely not illegal?) By analogy, one could argue Madhu slapping RK today was highly needed. Why? I hear some ask! Well simply because he needed to have a reality check. He has built himself a world that only sees what he wants that world to see; but alas RK, the world sure as hell does not revolve around you and nor does the delusional world you have built for yourself. He wanted to break her, so he says, but in essence he has built a stronger Madhubala: it is often said, what does not kill us makes us stronger: and that is definitely the case here.
I for one do not understand how RK's brain works, because one moment he wants to destroy her and avenge his four slaps oups five now! And the next he remembers their every small moments that are clearly dear to his heart, and yet he refuses to acknowledge them. He was very close to publicly humiliated her yet again but this time in a worst manner# One cannot help but think, had her tears not fallen on his hand, the poor girl would have had to bear yet another humiliation plan of RK.
Anyways, enough of my crap#!
Coming to the actual reason for me making this post. I believe that slap was needed. MB asked him how he was to avenge this fifth slap of hers and he could not answer her question. She asked him whether he will publicly humiliate her again or fake another relationship with her and try to break her in every possible way. (One good thing was her stating the word TRY* which for me suggested he was unsuccessful in breaking her.) One might think she slapped him for ripping her clothes but that was not the case, in fact she slapped him for the torture he has been her through for the past few days. Finally, she was able to let go and take out her frustration. She is right, RK broke all ties with her, so why does he care about whether she is scared of the dark or not now? He wanted to avenge his four slaps and he has done so! So why still try and break her? I have a feeling the fifth slap is not going to make him revolt LOL! Because he seemed shocked more than angry to me in the whole taking off the dupatta and throwing it scenario. He clearly picked up her dupatta and threw it on her as per the precap and threw her out of the studio. So, maybe this time her slap might have helped us out to finding out exactly why RK is behaving so weirdly as of late.
I fail to understand why there were so many justifications as to why RK is behaving the way he is, and yet so many questions on MB's latest development. No girl in their right mind would sit at home and cry over such an individual. Those who truly want to fight, that is. And after going through what MB has, do you really expect her to sit at home and think oh yeah RK did this to me, so there is definitely a reason and blah blah! If RK could not understand MB in all those times he spent with her; how the hell do people expect MB to forget what he has put her over one or two nights?
I was very happy with today's episode! Finally, we are getting interesting things to see. I do not appreciate Radha and Bittu interfering in matters that are of no concern to them. They ought to leave it to Rishbala themselves to figure things out. Them interfering is doing nothing but causing a further drift amongst the couple.
Both actors were fantastic today!! I always admire their hate chemistry more than their sweet sweet scenes, so for me this was definitely a treat! This twist is helping DD evolve more as an actress and I for one am enjoying their fights more than ever because MB is no longer standing by and letting him walk all over her.
