I found it pretty cool..the idea behind that is to reunite all the friends,it is followed from ancient times.

It felt weird coz they're not close friends or anything and all. But it was just Dimpy and Debina who had a problem with it.

NO , infact this is the kind of friendship. Today I found one more quality of KVB i.e., he is very down to earth. Love him even more

I didn't find it wierd at all. In my family, we sit down with one big platter and everyone eats from it. Some people do find it unhygenic though, and it's usually done with close friends/family. Though I found it really sweet of Karanvir to do this with people he doesn't really know. He wanted to bring everyone closer after all the drama but ofcourse the two drama queens had a problem with that too! 🥱

It's something that I at times am not comfortable with. But the practice is not at all unusual in some places, settings and cultures.

I do understand both sides here.

I find it uncomfortable even with my family, but to an extent I can understand why some people might eat on one plate with their family and close friends...but a group of five people who hardly know each other? 🤔 Yes, KVB was being sweet, but I think he should also have taken his guests' comfort level into consideration.

I'm guessing in India it is only done with friends and family. So in that sense, yes, KVB should've thought about it.

But it's not really the case everywhere that the shared plate is only used with close friends and family.

Well he did it with a good intention. But I guess the nautanki queens had to say something about it so they just did.
Dimpy has no problem bitching about Gizelle in a room with Debina. But she has all the problems eating with Gizelle around in one thaali. Coming to Debina..Dont get me started. She has to follow her friend dimpy obviously.
Atleast its better than their behavior.KVB put an effort which was commendable.
Coming to it..I wouldn't find it uncomfortable as your not eating someone else's food..ofcourse people will find it uncomfortable if your ego clashes with it.This is only in the case of Debina and Dimpy.

I wont comment on anyone's choices. 😊
