Part 28

Sarthak's Flat

Chotu meets with his informer and gets the details.

Chotu : "Sir wo ander hi hai.."

*KNOCK*

A lady opens the door.

Servant : "Jee kisse milna hai aapko?"
Rathor : "Sarthak ko bulao"
Servant : "Haan par..."

They all then barge into the house and start observing here and there. A lady came downstairs with two small kids.

Servant : "Kaun hai aap log? Aise kaise ghar me ghus rahe hai?"
Mrs. Baweja : "Wats happening here? Main abi police ko phone karti hu."
Arjun : "Aapko takleef karne ki zarurat nhi hai. Hum ETF se hai. Sarthak ko bulaiye!"
Mrs. Baweja : "ETF! Lekin unhone kiya kya hai?"
Rathor : "Sarthak ko bulaiye plz!"

Sarthak comes from his rum.

Sarthak : "Kya baat hai? Kya kaam hai aapko mujhse?"
Rathor : "Anika ko jaante ho?"
Sarthak : "Ummm...Shreya baccho ko lekar ander jao..."
Shreya : "Lekin.."
Sarthak : "Maine kaha na andar jao (wen his family left) Hmmm wo mere office me kaam karti thi."
Arjun : "Aap dono k relations kaise the?"
Sarthak : "Kaise the matlab? Jaise the waise the... main uska boss tha aur wo meri employee.. aur kya!"
Arjun : "Sirf employee?"
Sarthak : "Haan SIRF employee! Main married hu, mere do bacche hai... aur mere intentions hamesha se saaf the.. aur jaha tak Anika ki baat hai to usk dil me kya tha wo main to aapko nahi bata sakta na..itne bade sheher me ek bacchi ko sambhalna...I mean zyada paiso ki zarurat to sabko hoti hai.."

Roshni's blood was boiling hearing that. She cudnt control herself and gives him a tight slap.

Roshni (holding his collar) : "Meri frnd ki jaan le li aur ab aisi baatein karte hue tumhari zuban tak nhi ladhkhadhati... "
Arjun (holding Roshni) : "Roshni chodho use! Chodho use! Control urself!"
Sarthak (adjusting his shirt) : "Apne officer ko sambhaliye. Inka dimaag kharab ho gaya hai lagta hai."
Rathor (moving close to him, looking straight in his eyes) : "Uske dimaag ka mujhe nhi pata hai lekin mere sawaalo k jawab agar tumne theek tarah se nhi diye to mera dimaag zarur kharab ho jayega... Ab batao, Anika se ofice k bahar tumhare kaise relations the?"
Sarthak : "Office k bahar ka kya matlab hai? Jab main aapko keh chuka hu ki wo meri sirf employee thi to..office hours khatam hone k baad wo kaha jaati hai, kya karti hai... mujhe usse kya?"
Arjun : "Accha aur kya yehi batane tum uske peeche us din beach gaye the?.."

Sarthak got nervous as if they caught him..which they did actually.

Sarthak (stammering) : "Nhi...bilkul nhi...bhala main uske peeche kyu jaunga"
Roshni : "Maine khud tumhe waha dekha tha, Anika se behas karte hue..."
Sarthak : "Aapki Officer jhooth bol rahi hai.."
Rathor : "Accha aur tum sach bol rahe ho...Ye aise nhi maanega. Ise ETF Office le ja k acchi se khatirdaari karni padhegi. Chotu!"

Chotu and Shree holds him and start taking him with them.

Sarthak : "Dekhiye aap log galat kar rahe hai. Aap aisa nhi kar sakte. I need my lawyer... Chodho mujhe!"

Sarthak is taken in custody. Arjun saw a relief on Roshni's face. Arjun left with Roshni to drop her home.

In SUV

Arjun : "Tum theek ho?"
Roshni : "Hmmm finally main Gia se aankhe mila paungi... Bas ek baar Sarthak sab confess kar le.."
Arjun : "Wo to kal pata chal hi jayega...lekin tumhe pura yakeen hai ki in sabke peeche Sarthak hi hai.."
Roshni : "To uske alawa aur kaun ho sakta hai.."

Arjun remains silent but he too was having a sense of relief seeing Roshni relieved.

Roshni : "Thank..."
Arjun : "Roshni maine kitni baar kaha hai ki ye sab maine sirf isiliye kiya hai kyuki ye meri duty thi. Tumhe har baar thanks kehne ki zarurat nhi hai..."
Roshni : "I know sir! Aur isiliye main keh b nahi rahi.."
Arjun : "Hum ETF Officers hai aur ye to...ek min..wat!"
Roshni : "Haan main to keh rahi thi Thank God sab theek ho gaya.. Kyu aapko kya laga.."
Arjun : "Kuch... nhi!"

Roshni looks at him from corner of her eyes with a smile. Actually she was going to thank him but thought of teasing him a bit. Arjun stopped the car in front of the gate. Roshni got down from the car. Arjun thought that she wud say something but she didnt. As Arjun started his SUV, she turned and luked at him.

Roshni : "Thank u for everything sir!"

Arjun looks at him amazed and then just smiles.

Roshni : "Main Gia ko kal beach par ghumane le ja rhi hu. Aap chalenge hamare saath?"
Arjun : "Nhi tumhe to mere bare me pata hai..tum dono njoy karna"
Roshni : "Bt sir.."
Arjun : "Gud nyt Roshni!"

That night - ETF Office

Rathor, Arjun, Shree and Chotu are in the conference rum

Rathor : "Aisi b kya zaruri baat thi jo tumne itni raat ko hum sabko yaha bulaya? Aur Sarthak se kyu milna chahte the?"
Arjun : "Batata hu!"

They all go to Sarthak.

Sarthak : "Ye kya laga rakha hai? Aapke paas mere khilaf koi saboot b nhi hai aur aap logo ne mujhe aise hi pakadh liya hai. Mujhe mera lawyer chahiye. Aur ye paani..Mujhe mineral water chahiye."
Rathor : "Bakwaas band karo! Daawat me nhi aaye ho!"
Shree : "Aur jaha tak lawyer ki baat hai to aaj friday hai. Saturday-sunday court band rehta hai to tab tak aap yahi rahenge."
Arjun : "Dekho tum jitne jhooth bologe, utna hi phasoge. Behtar hoga ki tum sab sach-sach hume bata do"
Sarthak : "Lekin maine use nhi maara hai.."
Arjun : "Lekin tum usse beach par milne to gaye the na? Kyu gaye the?"
Sarthak : "Haan gaya tha lekin maine use nhi maara hai. Are main to usse pyaar..."
Rathor : "Wat?... Abhi thodhi der pehle tumhi keh rahe the na ki tum married ho, tumhare do bacche hai and all that ... aur ab pyaar...disgusting. Aur Anika..kya wo b tumse?"
Sarthak : "Nhi sirf main! Usne jis din se office join kiya tha mujhe pata nhi kya ho gaya tha. Uska chehra meri nazro se hat ta hi nhi tha. Ek din maine himmat kar k use apne dil ki baat bata b di thi magar wo gussa ho gayi, mujh par chillane lagi... Maine use kai baar samjahaya, yaha tak ki apni wife se divorce lene tak ki baat kahi par wo kuch sunne ko tyaar hi nhi thi...Us din beach par b main use yahi sab kehne gaya tha.. Lekin mera yakeen maaniye sir, maine use nhi maara hai. Main us din poora tym apne biwi-baccho k saath tha sir.."

They all come out of his rum.

Rathor : "Shree, Chotu pata lagao ki ye us din kaha tha! Rawte tum kya soch rahe ho?"
Arjun : "Mujhe shuru se hi lag raha tha ki ye case jaisa dikh raha hai waisa hai nhi... Humare saamne do suspects the -- Rohan aur Sarthak. Rohan ka angle hum chk kar chuke hai aur pata nhi kyu mujhe lag raha hai ki Sarthak b isme involve nhi hai.."
Rathor : "Lekin fir aur kaun ho sakta hai?"
Arjun : "Wahi to pata lagana hai...mujhe lagta hai ki hume ek baar fir se Anika aur Gia k saaman ki talaashi leni hogi.."
Rathor : "Lekin Roshni..tum jaante ho wo is case ko lekar kitni sensitive hai... agar use pata chla ki v r having second thoughts abt this case to pata nhi wo kaise react karegi.. "
Arjun : "Use kuch pata nhi chalega..Hume bas use flat se durr rakhna hoga"
Rathor : "Aur ye hoga kaise? Usne mujhse kal day off liya hai aur wo shayad ghar pe hi rahegi..aise me hum ye sab kaise karenge?"

Arjun goes in 'Deep thinking mode'

Next day - Roshni's Flat

Roshni : "Chalo Gia! Late ho raha hai! "

As Roshni openes the door, she sees Arjun standing in front of him.

Roshni : "Sir aap yaha?"
Arjun : "Kyu beach nhi chalna kya?"

Roshni suprised looks at him. Gia happily luks at him he took her in his arms.

Roshni : "Lekin kal to aapne.."
Arjun : "Abhi tum hi keh rhi thi na ki late ho raha hai. Make it quick."

He carefully took the duplicate keys for her flat and drop it down from the building where Shree was already standing to catch it.

The case... I think u all were xpecting it to end in this part... but I am going with wat I have planned... I really hope that u all lyk it... plz bear with me... Plz leave ur comments...😊
