@Morris,
I agree, in PV land its been only few days. I always keep this in mind and give the characters time to figure out things. That is why in my takes most of the time I do not blame the characters for instantly not doing something they are supposed to do.
I also agree with your point about Aarti never opening up to Yash. Aarti had the advantage of living among people who knew Yash. Her being in love with Yash is a moot point. She would have always come to know about Yash's past life irrespective of her feelings for him because everyone in Scindia house was ready to ram things about Yash down Aarti's throat constantly. But Yash on the other hand had no one to provide him with such info about Aarti. But that does not mean he shouldn't find out either. Again, here I think being in love is a moot point. To me romantic love shouldn't be a factor in wanting to know about a person who is part of your life and who is going to play an immense role in how your daughters are going to be brought up.
I personally analyze the individual characters but look at all their situations and obstacles they have had to pass from a bird's eye view. So in that respect, there might be situations here and there where one character is more at fault or emotionally weaker than the other character but on the whole for me both Yash and Aarti are equally responsible for the way they behave to each other and for many of the events that have unfolded.
Aarti hasn't opened up to Yash and one cannot expect him to do all the work in unraveling the woman she is. Correct. But that should not be an excuse for why Yash hasn't shown much interest in Aarti either.
@Anonee, That table was brilliant. What a perfect way to show how flawed these two individuals are and just how precious the two of them are. Thank you for that. I hope you get better soon.
@Kadeen, very interesting post my friend. Loved the orphan bit. All orphans need not be that way but I have come across so many that have learnt to deal with things just through trial and error as opposed to having a constant someone to guide them. It is amazing how differently they reason out emotions connected with various situations. Dubeys have done a lot for Aarti but I feel it is now that she is finally going to learn how to deal with things in an emotionally healthy way because of Yash's positive influence.
