I think SOTY is one of those rare films where you just can't choose between the parallel leads...generally everyone has a clear favorite, but with Sid and Varun...its always a 19-20 equation! I think most people who saw the film ended up liking both the guys, maybe a few liked Sid more and the others liked Varun more...but I doubt if any of them was disliked by the audience!

Yes, that's true. 😆 I even mentioned in my review, the reason why I choose Sid over Varun is because I am biased, hahaha. I've liked Sid a lot during his interviews hence the slight edge over Varun, but honestly, it is very difficult in choosing a clear favorite.

I hope both of them share the best debut award. 😳

And I agree with you about them off-screen. They all seem pretty down-to-earth and Sid is so shyyy, hahaha. I hope they go far.

^well I think cz that will prove Rohan cant do anythin himself...n dis defeat would have probably made him return back to his home...n frm den on Ram can completely dominate over him n make him like his elder brother

Varun did full justice to the character of Ro- both in fun nd sad scenes, the scene where he cries when gets slapped by his dad... oh god it just made me cry!!
