I couldn't enjoy the Arnav & Khushi poolside scenes today because I could feel that annoying pest hovering around, ready to barge into their room any second. The fact that she doesn't even have the decency to knock on a closed door, late at night, when the married couple could have been doing anything as Manju said, is highly pathetic.

In Ek Hazaaron Mein...the siblings are also very possessive of each other. There was a track where Manvi felt pangs of jealousy to see her sister becoming someone else's. However, fans were actually on Manvi's side despite all her attempts to get her sister's attention away from her husband. Because you completely understood and felt for her character. The script worked along with the actress who portrayed it beautifully.

On the other hand, the majority of our audience seems to feel more sorry for Khushi these days, than they do for Anjali who just lost everything, lmao! If the idea was to get us to feel sympathy for Anjali, it backfired big time. I don't know if it is the script, the actor or the writer...but clearly something ain't working!

Now maybe if Ek Hazaaron Mein had an insanely popular couple like Arnav & Khushi, then people would get upset seeing Manvi interrupting them. But they don't (no offense)...so they decided to focus on the aspect of their show that is the most popular...Manvi. And look at their TRPs soaring all the way to the top. Why can't our CVs do that, focus on the aspect of our show that is the most popular (I don't even have to say what it is).

I wasn't comparing Manvi to Anjali by the way, the two characters are clearly very different. One is completely sane and likeable and the other is...Anjali. I mentioned it because the situations are quite similar yet the audience reaction to each character has been at opposite ends.

I can see from the reaction on the forum, facebook and twitter that the hate for Anjali is just beginning. Some fans go too far though...but I saw this coming...if Abhaas got hate mail, you can expect Daljeet to get hate mail too.
