People always misunderstand Sanaya!

I think people always misunderstand Sanaya.

Whether she is pulling Barun's hair, hitting Akshay, or putting her leg on Abhaas...it is all meant to be taken lightly. Look at her, she's a stick! She's not big enough to hurt them physically. She's doing this stuff playfully. You think if she was seriously pulling Barun's hair and hurting him that he would be smiling like a kid and continue bothering her? Same with Abhaas...she would never put her leg on him if he wasn't cool with it. You see him unaffected and smiling while she has her leg on him, clearly he's cool with it. Besides, he's a big boy. He doesn't need you defending him.

Guys take very little offense to anything. I can hit my guy friends, tell them to carry me on their back when I'm tired, kick them playfully...they don't even think about it twice. And I'm in college so we're all grown-ups here. I think Sanaya's behavior just shows how close she feels to them. There is nothing between her and these guys other than pure friendship...that's the only reason she is so comfortable with them.

All of them seem to enjoy her company and they are always laughing and smiling around her. So who are you to have a problem with it when you don't even know her in the first place? If she was so bad-mannered or rude as some people make it out to be, why does she have so many good friends in the industry itself...be it Arjun, Mohit, Drashti, Ragini, Barun, Akshay, Abhaas, etc? Let the people who know her in real life make their own judgments.

If anyone is confused about this topic, this is just me reacting to a lot of people who are always misunderstanding Sanaya's behavior with her co-stars/friends. Not just today, I see it happening all the time. I think it happens more with Sanaya because she is very loud and outgoing. In fact, people often misinterpret a lot of things she says. Like when she makes fun of Barun, they think she's being "mean" to him. Um no. There's this thing called joking...look it up...friends pull each other's legs all the time. When she's being serious and sincere, she is always praising Barun as a co-star, friend and person. Then when she's in a light mood, she's says "mean" things to him as a JOKE. Understand the difference please.

I just want to say that you should stop and think for a second before jumping to conclusions and judging people you don't know. I think it is rude and bad-mannered for you to bash SI without knowing her. Sorry if I went over the top with my defense but I just had to say it!
