Chapter 3:

It was night time now everyone was going into their rooms to go to sleep. Manyata had just come out of the wash room, from taking a shower her hair was wet and she was drying it with a towel. She went up to the dresser to go get a brush to comb out her hair and noticed her phone lying there. She remembered that Uday had taken it. She began looking through the phone to see if he had changed anything in it. She noticed that he had added his number into her phone. She was just about to delete it, but stopped short and just changed the name to Loose Character. And smiled to herself and put it on charge.

She didn't feel like sleeping so went into Dalia's room without knocking. Who also couldn't get to sleep.

"Heyy" said Manyata

"Hey"

"so wats with the whoe, Yash can't meet you till the wedding day thing..huh" asked Manyata while smirking at her friend.

"He deserves it, usna toh mujhe 2 weeks kelia akela chodia tha, koi meeting ka liya…so this is his punishment" Dalia said laughing along with Manyata.

"Atleast this way I'll get to send a lot more time with my best friend before she goes and gets married" Said Manyata hugging Dalia from the back.

And like this they spent the rest of the night talking into the both feel a sleep.

It was early in the morning each person heading out the door to get to their work, school etc. it was a fast paced life, and there was no room for one to fall behind. And in some corner of that city there was a young man, running. But for the first time not to get a head.

"Dada, …Dada !...Dada !!" yelled Unnati.

"huhh…Kya hua Chotti….hum pare kyun chalri ho?!" asked Uday annoyed.(Whats wrong Chotti, why are you yelling at me)

"Dada I have been calling you for so long and your answering me know" exclaimed Unnati. "aap ka dhiana kaha hai" (where is your attention)

"I was just thinking chotti"

"let me guess, about Manyata"

"kya kare Chotti, who toh hai hi itni kamal ki..You know who chahai jitna bhi hamare saath lagle lekin undarh setoh who bhi janti hai khi hamre pas kya chemistry, ek spark hai harame bech, hum dono ek dure ke as amna samna hota hai na toh aas paas toh aag hi lag jati hai" He said smirking( what can I do chotti, she just is so different, you know she can fight with me all she wants but even she knows that we have chemistry, a type of spark, you know when we are together everything around us just turns to flames)

"Dada, are you sure yeh sirf aap ka vahme nahi hai" She asked. (dada are you sure this isn't just your imagination)

"Oh come on chotti, dunhia meh koi bhi ladki nahi hai jo udayveer Singh kai charm ko resist kar saka" retorted Uday. (There isn't a girl in the world that can resist Udayveer Singh's charms)

"really? It na over confidence bhi acha nahi hota dada" (So much over confidence isn't good Dada)

"Please choti, ek na ek din toh Manyata hamre pyar meh zaroor pati gi, aur voh din zaada dhoor nahi hai…par thub tak hume iss cat and mouse game ..khal neh mein bouth maza arha" said Uday smirking to him self. (please choti, one day or another Manyata will fall in my love, and that day is not too far away, but till then I'm having a lot of fun playing this cat and mouse game)

'till now no girl has talked talked to me the way she has, no grl has ever made me work the way she has" said uday walking towards /looking out the widow.

"Come on lets go" said Dalia. Both running inside into the mall, they wanted to get a lot of shopping done today since there were only 2 weeks till the wedding. They first decided to go shop for some sarees and went into an Indian clothing store. They started looking at a bunch of sarees and trying them on. After a lot of trial and error they decided on 10 sarees for Dalia and 3 beautiful sarees for Manyata.

They were just walking around the mall holding a bunch of bags with clothes and trying to find an Indian jewelry store when they spotted Akash form a distance.

"Oh Teri !!, yeh yahan bhi agaha !!" exclaimed Manyata to Dalia. (He's here too)

"Come on let's get out of here before he sees us" said Dalia

"Manyata! Manyata!...Over here, Remember me !!!" shouted Akash running after them.

"Oh god!!! Why do all the weirdo's always like you!!" joked Dalia while both ran out of the mall with Akash still chasing them.

They jumped into the car and drove home, they could still hear him calling out to Manyata.

They both could not help but laugh so much that their stomachs started hurting and both were close to tears from laughing so much.

They both arrived home and made their way into the house, and Dalia's mom greeted them both.

"Dalia I need to tell you some big news!, I have invited Yash's family to stay with us along with his friend Uday" she said cheerfully.

"WHAT!" exclaimed Dalia and Manyata at the same time.

"But mumma I told you that Yash shouldn't see me till the wedding!" said Dalia.

"Why was Uday invited!" exclaimed Manyata "oh yah and….the whole Yash not meeting Dalia thing too…. but why did you invite Uday, Aunty!!"

"Oh come on Dalia this is a very big house right here, and we thought that we would split it in half and we'd make sure that Yash would stay at a certain distance from you" said Dalia's mom " and why not Uday, he is a very good friend of Yash's and more the merrier"

"Plus this is my final decision, and I have already told them..Yash's family will be arriving here some time during the afternoon, and it was you that wanted to stay away from Yash, and I'm sure Manyata will help you with it like always" quipped Dalia's mom and walked away. Leaving Dalia and Manyata wide eyed stuck at their spot.

By now Yash and his family had arrived, they were all setting up and resting in their rooms right now in their rooms till dinner time. And Dalia was with Manyata in her room making a plan to keep Yash as far away from her as possible. Instead of even going down for dinner she was going to eat it in her room along with Manyata. So when Yash (and Uday) found out that at the dinner table, they weren't too happy.

That night Yash and Uday tried getting into Dalia and Manyata's room through their window, since in the hallways they would be easily spotted because people kept on going back and forth. While They were trying to find the right window to lead them to their destination by doing trial and error, Manyata and Dalia were having a conversation of their own.

"Tum kitni bhuri ho, Yash ka kya haal ho ra ho ga" said manyata while brushing Dalias hair.

"aree is mein meri kya galti hai, next time who mujhe chod ka nahi ja ha ga" said Dalia with a frown. (Whats my fault in this, next time he won't leave me and go)

"Oh come on, you guys are getting married in less than 2 weeks, don't you think you should forgive him" said Manyata turning Dalia around.

Just then Manyata saw two shadows in the window and started screaming.

"Did you hear that, I thought I heard a scream" said Dalia's dad.

"Don't worry, it was probably nothing" said Dalais mom.

Uday ran towards Manyata and covered her mouth same with Yash and Dalia. While Dalia and Yash got lost in each other's eyes, Manyata pushed Uday, started throwing a much of Galia(swears) at him about what he think he was doing. In till she noticed Dalia and Yash, and she was just lat AWWWEEE.

Uday gestured towards the door to give them a moment. And Manyata followed him out of the room, still looking at them with a cute little smile.

Once they were outside Manyata turned to close the door very quietly and when she turned she was trapped between Uday and the door.

"Toh princess, ab kya?" he asked smirking with both hands on the door, blocking her only escape route.(So princess what now)

" mujhe sai hamasha 10 kadam pech le ke bate ki kar, samjha"She said pushing him away. "Sab tujhe Salman khan, Shahrukh Khan samajthe hoga, lekin tum mere liyha hamesha sadeha hua karela hi reha ga" ( always talk to me atleast 10 feet away. Everyone might consider you Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, but for me you will always be a rotten karela (type of really bitter vegetable)) "you can go to your room and go to sleep, I'm gonna go eat something" she said pointing her finger in his face, and with that she left, and soon Uday followed her to the kitchen.

She had been busy making herself a Sandwich when he came in, so she didn't notice when he came and sat right in front of her on a stool and began watching her making a sandwich, in till he spoke.

"will your at it. Make me a sandwich too" he quipped.

"ahhha" screamed dropping the knife she was holding.

"shhh" he said "why are you screaming!?" he whispered

"Because you scared me you idiot!" she said hitting him on the arm

And suddenly they heard someone coming into the kitchen, thinking they must have heard when Manyata screamed. Uday took the first initiative, and pulled Manyata into the pantry, closing the lights and closing the pantry door. Manyata protested and tried to speak but Uday just covered her mouth with his hands. And gestured towards outside the Pantry and that someone had come in.

This time Uday noticed just how soft Manyata's lips were. Before, since Manyata had whipped his hand off so fast he hadn't noticed. But this time he could notice everything. The pantry was quite small, so both their bodies were flushed my against, Uday was able to feel the feel the heat radiating off of her, and feel her heart beat, which was beating fast more out of the thought of getting caught. While Uday's was ready to completely jump out of his chest for a completely different reason. Even with the complete darkness in the pantry a few rays of light still made their way through the cracks in the door. Making Manyata seem angelic, with her long lashes creating long shadows down her face, her big brown eyes sparkling and her fair skin glowing from the little bits of light reach them.

While Uday was busy looking at Manyata, Manyata was still looking at the door to see if the people that had come in had gone yet. Suddenly they saw that the door of the pantry was opening and someone was coming in. Out of fear Manyata closed her eyes had dug her face into Udayveer's chest, kind of like when your little and your playing hide n go seek and you think if you close your eyes, you will become invisible.
