Chapter 2:
"Manyata, hurry up, they'll be here any minute. I want you to meet Yash's friends, Manyata" yelled Dalia coming into the kitchen.' Come on you can eat after" She said taking away Manyata's ice cream which she was eating.
"Heyyy!!! Why'd you do that" Wined Manyata
"Umm because they'll be here any minute and you are such a slow eater'plus I want you to meet his friend" said Dalia
"But why'it's not like you're marrying Yash's friend that I need to interrogate him" She said with a laugh
And both started bursting out laughing'remembering the first time Manyata had met Yash.
"Okay fine..I'll meet him'let's go'" Manyata finally said out of breath from laughing so hard.
They walked out of the kitchen reaching the living room seeing that they were already there. Dalia ran up to them and gave Yash a big hug, since she had not seen him in 2 weeks because he had, had to go to a business trip. Seeing them together always seems to bring a smile onto her face, they were so in love it was just so evident form just the way those two looked at each other. Manyata was so busy watching Yash and Dalia that she did not notice then man beside him. They finally broke apart.
"This is my friend Uday" introduced Yash to them.
Manyata finally turned to see the man, and was shocked. Her eyes looked as if they would pop right out.
"Hi Uday" greet Dalia, giving him a warm smile. And Udayveer greeted her back, still looking at Manyata from the corner of his eye. Not wanting to miss out on her reaction.
Halkat Veda, Tarak ka Pepa, Gada Sant Kahi kya!!!'thought Manyata to herself. L0oking to the side knowing that if she looked at him, she might say or do something which she would regret. Like break his skull!!!
"And this is Manyata, Dalia's best friend" said Yash gesturing towards Manyata.
"Hi there, Udayveer Singh but people just call me Uday" He said smirking, knowing that right now she probably wanted to smack him, but knowing full well that she won't because he was her best friends, fiancs best friend.
"Udayveer Singh'" she said walking up to him calmly ... In less then 2 secound stomped her heel onto him foot so hard it could have broken it."Hmppp" And walked out of there not wanting to be even in the same room as him.
"Ahh!!!" He screamed.
By the time he looked up, she was already gone from there and Yash and Dalia were surrounding him, making sure he's okay. He couldn't help but smile a little at her antics, barely enough to notice. After all she was the first girl, that didn't fall all over him. And he always did enjoy a challenge.

"What was that?" asked Dalia coming into Manyatas room. While she was sitting on her bed eating out of a box of Chocolate ice cream with one hand and holding a remote with the other.
"It was him" she said with her mouth full of ice cream,
"huh"
"The guy I told you about from the club, it was him" she said not averting her gaze from the T.V and still eating some more ice cream.
"What !?, but you never mentioned that he was this hot!"Dalia exclaimed.
And Manyata finally put down the remote and spoon of ice cream she was about to put into her mouth.
"Oh hello, you do remember that you have a fianc right'maybe by the name of , I don't know, YASH !"
"I know, I know, but that doesn't mean I can't admire "she said, letting out a little laugh. And Manyata couldn't help but laugh along with her.
"But seriously, He is hot, like hot, hot !, and even though I love Yash doesn't mean that all other guys have become invisible to me" said Dalia.
"Maybe to you but not me, Ms. He's hot, He's hot, hot!...hahahaha" she said laughing.
"Oh yah, cause you're Ms. Looks don't matter its what's on the inside that counts'Right !"
Manyata just narrowed her eyes at Dalia and said "Yah, well at least I didn't almost trip a cripple like you" sticking out her tongue.
"Oh my god, you are never going to let that go are you" she said
"Nope"
"I almost tripped him, I didn't actually"
" I know that, but it's still really funny"
"Okay I'm gonna go out okay, come on out when you're ready, but don't take too long because dinners being served soon" said Dalia before heading out the door.
"Okay I can do this, just need to get through this night'that's not that bad" she said trying to console herself.
Oh god, Baba ji yeh mujhe kaha pasa dia, Ek yeh khutta kamina Udayveer hai aur saath saath , yeh Jai Chudail ko bhi nal leke agea'aur jahan Jai wohan uska sidekick Vijay Bhai'.She thought to herself stabbing the food on her plate, looking at everyone at the table. At one end sat Dalia's mom, beside her sat Vijay Bhai, than beside him Jai and behind her Uday and beside him Dalia's dad. Across from Udayveer sat Manyata, beside her Dalia and beside her Yash.
Dalia and Yash were having their own little conversation, while Dalia's mom and Dad were talking, same with Jai and Vijay Bhai. It seemed as if it were only Uday and Manyata that weren't speaking, both for different reasons.
Manyata was busy giving Uday a bunch of Galia(swears) in her head, and shooting him daggers from across the table, trying to keep her mouth shut as possible, because if she talked she knew she wouldn't be able to shut up. And uday was just too busy looking at Manyata.
"So beta aap ke exams kub arha, aap dono ko tiary bhi karni ho gi" said Dalias mom to Manyata. (so beta when are your exams, you both probably have to prepare for them)
"Ji aunty, bus augle minhi hai" replyed Manyata. (Yes aunty, there next month)
By now Dinner had ended and everyone was leaving the table heading down to the living room to chit chat.
Manyata had just had left the table and going down the hallway to the living room, she was texting away on her phone when she bumped into a tall figure. She was just about to fall down when he caught her. Her phone went flying into the air because of the collision and Uday caught it with one hand while still holding onto Manyata from the waist with the other.
"oh ho, Princess'samal ke chal a karo'hum tohdi na chaen ga ki aap ko koi bhi chot ae" said Uday smirking. (oh ho princess'walk carefully'We wouldn't want for you to get gurt)
"Uday ke bache, dal dal ke kache '..Tang na kar mujhe, chod de mujhe aur phone de mera vapise" said Manyata hating the close itneration beween them to'with uday still holding her in his strong arms as if dipping her for a dance.(Don't disturb me, let me go and give me back my phone)
"tsk tsk tsk'ek bar please toh kaho, if hamre saath achi tara se bat nahi karo gi oh hamara dil kase jeet oh gi" He said bringing her up, but still not letting go of her. "One minute, aise toh nahi hai na, kit um hai actually acha lagta hai hamare baho mein" he said teaseingly.(say please atleast once, if you don't talk to be nicely how will you win over my heart'.one minute, its not like you actually like being in my arms)
And that was it, Manyata pushed Uday with all her might, to get out of his arms. "Chal rak leh mera phone, tere samne girgiro git oh apne akhome gir ja hu gi!!!'Hai Ni Toh !!!" (go keep my phone, if I beg infront of you, I'll fall in my eyes'Hai Ni Toh!!!) She said shaking with anger. "mar!!!" (Dieee) And she stormed out of there. As Uday watched as her leave smirking and tossing the phone up and down in his hand.
Manyata went and sat on the sofa in the living room. Apparently they had been discussing about the wedding and had decide on it in the next 3 weeks.
"Omggg, reallyyy !!!" exclaimed Manyata."ab toh mujhe aap ko Jiju kahna pade ga" (Now I'll have to start calling you Jiju) said Manyata teasingly to Yash.
Soon Uday also came into the living room and sat across from Manyata. And smirked at Manyata. And she just have glared at him.
"Oh so beta since it will only be a little while till the wedding, we thought that it would be best if you and Dalia need not meet nor see each other till the wedding day" said Dalias mom.
Yah right, yeh idea Dalia neh hi dia hoga uski mom ko, Yash ko tadpane kalia, verna Dalia ke parents it neh bhi religious nahi hai '.thought manyata to herself. Giving Dalia a Oh-Your-Good kind of look. While Yash was just in complete shock as to what had just happened in the last 10 seconds. But he knew there wasn't very much what he could do about it.
But he also knew that this wasn't over yet.

Okay so guys this is Chapter 2, I hope you guys liked it. Yash and Dalia are going to play a very big part in Manveer. and also I will keep on updating the Charecter sketch as new charecters keep appear ing the FF...Also if you are wondering Manyata does have her own appartment but Dalias family has rented a really big house right now for the wedding for all the family to live in for now,,, and Manyata too.
PS. There is a little part here that is goign to hint at a future twist that will come up in the story, try and see if you can find it...its very vague and little but just try and who knows you might be right.
