Feeling bad for khushi...arnav is right it was her b'day and it should have been her day to be in the lime light. but for khushi her sisters happiness means more than her.

I am posting again because credit has to be given to the lines below which are rather profound in the foundation and progress of this relationship. This stayed with me, hence I am back to comment on the beauty of the thought and the prose.

The second paragraph highlighted is so beautiful because it shows how these two lovers know each other so well that they understand the words not spoken...hence Khushi realizes that there is some significance to the 'kiss' file and goes back to it while looking at her husbands eyes and expression. Hence she discovers her birthday present.

This is what my vision of a true love and life partner looks like.

"K for Khushi?" her mouth widened into a smile. She kissed him lightly and said, looking at the insignia with a mother's pride, "it's beautiful."

"Now, let's go," he said, leaving the desk and walking to the door.

Khushi ran her fingers over the logo, tracing the k lovingly. She placed the file down on the desk, with some reluctance. And, as she walked towards the door where Arnav waited, she halted--then looked back at the file. She then glanced at Arnav, who was now leaning against the closed door with an impish glint in his eyes. Her brows came together. She returned swiftly to the desk. Picked up the file. Flicked through the pages until she came to page listing the team Akaash had drawn up. Her name was listed at the top as CEO of kiss. Khushi Singh Raizada. She blinked rapidly as understanding sank in. Her eyes flew to Arnav.

"Happy Birthday, Khushi," he said.

Loving the tale so far Maya. It is SO interesting. Sorry couldn't comment regularly earlier- exams plus exams plus exams!

Will be more regular hopefully.

I feel so sad ke Arshi's moment of the revelation was taken over by Payash. :(

Hopefully, they'll do it in another bindaas way. :P

Maya, you're one master story teller. Take a bow girl, this time, you've outdone yourself, if that's even possible. 👏 👏

As you know, I love your writing style and your amazing talent to keep the readers hooked on with EVERY single update, which you update EVERY single day, but this by far has to be your BEST update so far. 👍🏼

I dunno how you do it girl, I bow down to you. 👏 👏

I absolutely loved every word you wrote, but these following lines stand out even in such a masterpiece...

What amazing words Maya, I am struggling to find words to praise your writing now. What a beautiful description of their journey together, such depth to their feelings, it brought tears to my eyes, I kid you not.

I was truly sad to see Payash steal their thunder from right under their feet, that too on Khushi's birthday!! 😭 I am commiserating with Arnav now for robbing Khushi of even this pleasure to share her news with the family, but Khushi being Khushi true to her nature will not allow her own happiness come in the way of her sibling's...

Some people are born only to sacrifice in this life, aren't they? Not that I have anything against Payash but Khushi just was robbed of yet another happiness in life...

The only consolation for me in this whole thing is that Arnav felt so bad for her, ONLY he knows her true value & all the sacrifice she's done for her family, every single time. No wonder, he worships the very ground that she walks on. Khushi knows that her real happiness lies with her soul mate, not in the hands of her family but still, she would have liked to be the center of attraction just once in her life...

I hope Maya, Khushi gets to announce her news at an appropriate place in an appropriate manner later...

Now this why I love this couple so much... They are just so perfect with each other. They have this intrinsic telepathy that no one else has, true soul mates for sure.

Needless to say, a gift of jewelry, cars, etc. would not have done justice to the love Arnav has for Khushi. This was a befitting birthday gift to Khushi Singh Raizada from her erstwhile husband, anything less than this, would not have been suitable.

I just loved the way Khushi instinctively knew that there was more to the file and returned back to it to read it more carefully. Especially when Arnav was walking out to the door & urging her to follow. He had known that she would guess, something big was in the file... Just truly loved this surprise gift from her husband, absolutely SUPERB. ❤️

Lastly Maya, I LOVED the logo girl. That was beautiful. 👍🏼

P.S. I was re-reading your update when I noticed I missed to mention these lines as well, absolutely love the way Khushi consoles a heart broken Arnav...

"Khushi pressed her fingertips against his lips and admonished, "Arnav, not one more word of this." She placed her hands on his shoulders and said, "that we are here today is a miracle, yes--but, it also feels so inevitable. So why find fault with our path? I think if our path had been easier, our love would have been that much less. I'm grateful. Everyone pays a price for happiness--we got that out of the way early."

Another one, this line just cracked me up...

"I've discovered a new talent. Someone who has an innate understanding for what appeals to a man's eye--yet, is sensitive to a woman's comfort level."

i'd suspected earlier when arnav found khushi's taste in lingerie as intrigueing.. but introducing a clothing line headed by khushi as her birthday gift was the best.. loved it

Ooo...Akash and Payal made the announcement first...I am sad now...knowing Arhi have to wait some more time before the actual announcement...Hope it is sooner hen later...
And what a gift..."Kiss"...loved the idea and Khushi;s thoughts about the launch...

Yashali are becoming bold day by day...Hope Arnav takes it in a better when he learns about this romance and marriage proposal

Still awaiting eagerly for them to announce to the family...

when he said happy birthday khushi after she found out that she was the CEO of Kiss was the most amazing part of this chapter! something abt that line makes me happy
