okay as stupid as i may sound saying this, but after reading this i was watching some old arhi scenes on youtube and i really DID notice arnav's feet, though unconsciously but oly later i realized i've gone insane, all thanks to you! Really? how much can you do with such a simple sentence? hahahaha, i've lost it ;)

an easily understandable statement, I mean even I lose my heart to this man every day, with ever update of yours, i fall in love with your arnav again and again, then she's toh his WIFE ;) Yet, hayeee, i couldn't help that sigh that escaped my mouth when i read this.

"I never dared hope...or dream that I could have the kind of life I now share with you. I want the confidence of knowing at any hour of any day that in you I have a complete ally. Can you give me that, Khushi?"

You are going to kill me one day, aren't you? with your words? GOD! FOR THE ONE HUNDRETH TIME, HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU COME UP WITH THESE?

The ally part, goodness gracious, my heart stopped! It still takes me a minute to process everything arnav says because everytime he opens up, everytime he says something more than "WHAT THE" my heart starts trying to jump out of my chest, the idea of the man being so honest and open still makes me dizzy and then for you to make him say something like THIS to his wife can only cause further somersaults in my stomach!

"He had heard of the sentimental beating heart that poets and other idiots spoke of, but not until Khushi had he come to appreciate the deep wisdom of that organ"

That was only one word, ADORABLE! What a simply adorable and truthful statement!

"But, now he wanted her entire soul too. And, he made no apology for it"

The man wants what he wants and well as arnav has said - twice i think - what they share is rare, it is easily acceptable, for him to ask this of his wife! (without any apology, yes)

Then came the part where arnav actually showed sanity and sensibility and went to talk to his sister first! GOD i am so thankful to you for that, i would have beat him up in my dreams if he hadn't (although i would have showered him with loads of love to make up for the beating afterwards, but that's just obvious isn't it?) hahaha

so yes i was extremely glad that he decided to extract the necessary information from his sister instead of acting on an impulse and chopping yash's head off! lol! I absolutely adored the conversation between the siblings! like i've mentioned in my earlier comments, it's a relief that arnav is aware of the fact that heis in love now and it is expected of him to understand other's feelings more intensely now. Hence, i am glad he could understand that what her sister felt for yahs was not mere interaction and when she admitted to being in love with the man he understood it as what it was instead of assuming it to be a misunderstood form of attraction.

"My sister is in love with you. Let's not waste time--tell me what it will take for you to marry her," Arnav said.

This statement however, left me with my mouth hanging open. Arnav Singh Raizada he surely IS! I read this statement over a dozen times, i believed it except i couldn't absorb it. The nerve of the man, but then again he IS ASR! He's the only man with that nerve. First declaring his siter's love for this man before she herself could have confessed it to yash and then so bluntly asking the man what he would require to say yes to his sister's proposal (which - unknown to arnav - he already has). The latter of the two points mentioned being the cause of my worry! I know dr.yash malhotra is a calm and composed man, yet he doesn't falter to speak his mind, but even a man who is so strong and fond of his principle, respectable professionally and personally would take immediate offence to a statement like that. I can only wonder how Yash would react! I dont want him to instantly agree to arnav's demand, i do want him to agree but i just dont want him to agree on ASR's terms! He's not signing a bloody deal! I've told you before, i've fallen in love with yash and even though i love arnav much more, i wouldn't like to see yash giving into arnav's demands! I love both the men and i really hope yash speaks his mind this time too and clears the clouds in arnav's head.

One of my qualms with fanfiction is that the essence of the character is often entirely lost within the author's reinterpretation. This may be a good thing, the reinterpretation, but often translates badly and results in me losing interest

I read the last 5 updates just now and in summary, the relationships that you describe are what we all strive for.
