hey i am a die hard fan of AR rahman(well i know most of u guys are)
well the point is that i am a north indian yet i am into tamil compositions of ARR,,
i loved the song ANJALI ANJALI from duet sung by SPB..
i obviously love the music its soo soothing...
can some body please ...please .. please tell me the meaning of the song... well i know the basic jist of it..
but can some one please explain me that song's lyrics..
just like we had the translation of shakespear english in out school days..
i will be greatly thankul to you guys...
if not for me.. please do it for ARR, cause a lot of my frens who are not too much into tamil music were asking for the meaning of the song..
and i want that they should also appriciate the music and the lyrics..

When i was googling for something else, i bumped into this thread. The Tamil songs posted here are my favoutites. I love them to death. Absolutely loved the translated versions of the songs. Though i don't know Telugu i loved reading the translated versions of the Telugu songs posted here. Hats off to the translators and the song buffs here. You people have done an awesome job. You all have a flair for beautiful lyrics. I appreciate it.
