So,basically its a Research Design Project...
I am working on the topic-Is Today's Youth obsessed with Fair complexion?

I need to prepare a whole project on that giving an introduction,the statement of purpose,a detailed analysis followed by a conclusion...
But to proceed with any of this I need to form a proper questionairre...consisiting of atleast 20 questions...
Like a survey kinda thing...which includes questions which are pertinent to my topic...
Some examples:

Q1.How do you rate your skin complexion?
(a) I'm so fair, it's almost unfair;
(b) In my dreams, I'm fair;
(c) I'm Fair & Lovely;
(d) It's fair to say I'm fairly dark;
(e) In my nightmares, I'm dark;
(f) This is an unfair question.

Q2.Do you get attracted by the various fair-skin products?
(a)Yes
(b)No
(c)Sometimes

Q3.Do you use any methods to lighten your skin?
(a)Yes,I do
(b)Sometimes,not always.
(c)No,never.

Q4.Do you feel insecured when surrounded by group of girls who are fair-skinned?
(a)Yes,all the time.
(b)No,never.
(C)Depends on the place and situation

I do not have enough questions Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee help me form some questions or else I am totally screwed up This is for my 12th class project!! PLEASEEEE

Mehak - as for now all I can say is that for questionnaires the questions should be closed not open. By that I mean the answer to the questions can be yes or no only you can also put the choice of 'sometimes' if you want. But the options for your first question seem not to be right in my opinion.

^Oh,the first question I got randomly somewhere from the net and copy-pasted it as it is...Its not self-made...found on net..!!!

Nonono Mehak. First thing first. You don't put options like this -

(a)I'm so fair, it's almost unfair;

(b) In my dreams, I'm fair;

Just make it,

(a)I am extra fair.

(b)I am fair.

(c)Not so fair.

Btw, those 4 questions are good. Will think of more and put it up here.

Hey Mehak,

I presume this is only targetted at women.
Next you need to Decide which age group you'll want to focus at; teenagers, early 20s, mid 20s, late 20s, early 30s and so forth.

Its always best to have closed questions when targetting the public, mainly becoz they prefer to not waste time and secondly it's easier for you to tally for survey. It's easier making graphs and calculating the average.

When asking questions, try to be more specific, make sure the questions isn't too long or complicated but gets to the point.

For example:
How would you best describe your complexion? Please tick
1) Fair
2) medium
3) dark

the question is precise and the options for the answers aren't too complicated.

Lastly, don't have too many questions, maximum of 12 should do.

I was going to change the options since even I found them offending,but I just pasted the examples in a rush,so that's why!
Thanks for those options :)

I need the questionairre ready in 2 days-we need to get it verified from our teacher or else she wouldn't accept later since its already a little late

I need atleast 20 questions! I have around 10,I need 10 more

2 days? :O Ur a late lateef like me? lol. I also do my work right @ the end 😆

Btw, in the introduction, won't it be like, a little about the topic + basics what a questionnaire is. Shud fill up the page easily.

All this brought back my memories of my 12th project on cars 😆
