I totally agree with wht ur sayin tht they shud be smart enuf not to go to the topics dont like but wen the topic is rite there then its hard to restrain for some ppl...I am not pointing my fingers at any1...but m jus sayin tht if ppl were more mature then this forum wudnt b a mess and mods wudnt have to give warning and re-warning abt refraining from fighting during a friendly post

But .. You're saying Mods have MANY topics to go through. Correct. But the point is.. they dnt actually go through any post.... reasons:

1. They never read the posts carefully enough to point out the silly member to stop their useless crying. They should warn the members for unnecessarily creating problems in th forum. But they never did that. Instead they came and closed that particular topic. Arey dekho toh galti ksiki thi.

2. There are many posts which were left for their decision.. and that decision never hpnd.

3. They only act when someone 'reports' ....... Rape hone ka baad rapist ko pakadne ka kya fayeda.. rape toh ho gaya. Agar aapko pata hai rape hone wala hai.. toh pehle hi rok lo. (Another weird example) .. In a forum ... atmost 3-4 starting pages are active. There are 5-6 mods.. cant they divide their job and manage 1 page each? . Cant they read the comments and the context they're talking about.

4. If someone's provoking someone... and the other one finally gets frustrated and comments back... just coz of the report ... the innocent one gets the warning.. when it should be the one who provoked.. who should have gt the warning.

5. All I'm saying is......... agar aap .. 3-4 pages bhi moderate nahi kar sakte....... aapko lagta hai ki bahut kaam hai.. hume itni reports padhni padti hai.... Mods kyun bane? Humne kaha tha banne ke liye? Have you ever heard a teacher complaining....... I have so many kids to look after... I've to check their notebooks.. and then I've to check their answersheets.... How many will I check... and so ..I just failed some of them...without actually checking their papers. (This is a good example.. in context).

6. There are many screenshots and proofs.. which clearly says.. Mods are KaamChor ... and I've posted them ... half of the members knows about it... many stays mum just coz they wanna be in the good books of mods (God knows why) .. many think.. why should I care ......... Some like me.. dnr care what the Mods thinks....... And states whatever we feel is correct.

Do the moderators realize that by such doings, they have lost all credibility?

This topic will be shut since it's raising questions toward the DEV team and its management (Nazi Germany rule # 293728937); but that one topic saluting and praising the DEV team (since they are soldiers and it's Independence day on IF) will remain on the forum even though coincidentally it also is discussing the workings of the DMG DEV team. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, ma gawsh.

You point the flaws - the topic is shut.

DMG forum needs to update its DT. There's a reason why members are rebelling against them, and innumerable 'proofs' have been laid out against all of the current moderators that should be really looked into. We are always blamed for being inconsiderate and are reminded on the forum that the moderators have lives too. Fine enough, they do. However, we aren't the ones forcing them to take up on the role at gunpoint so we expect them to be cooperative.

When moderators start to behave like members and then give an excuse of tit for tat, lemme just remind them that there's a reason why I am a member and not a moderator. Doh. Whatever, on a second thought, the DMG DT lacks coordination and leadership skills. I have read the Viewbie section. Besides attempting to truly bring in change, moderators 'bash' members and take put personal vengeance against some of us..ironic, no?

Revamp the DT.

Why is it a problem.... if 4-5 members are fighting in a thread? .. Let them fight.... after 2-3 hours they'll get bored.

Why is there a need of a Mod or Rules? Coz even after so many rules and Mods ... members do fight over silly issues.... bash the actors/characters.

Atleast.. if there will be NO Rule and No Mod.... the topics on Rules and Mods.. will end. Less Fighting.
