4th May, 2010 – Tuesday update:
Omi calls up his brother's office and comes to know that Nakul has gone to the city hospital.
Nitu n Omi are worried … Nitu is thinking what to do…
Omi offers his help…but Nitu refuses …says he can never go against his brother, so there is no point in taking his help.
This makes Omi to stop…
Nitu rushes to the city hospital.

Nakul goes to the city hospital… and gives Nitu Dagar's name and asks her to get her medical details…he tells her its about her life and death problem.
Nurse searching the register, and tells him there is nobody registered in the hospital by that name.
Nitu reaches the hospital…but hides seeing Nakul with the reception. She is terrified about the situation.
Nakul says how can that be possible when he has a hospital receipt made for Nitu dagar. Nurse asks him to show the receipt. Nakul searches his pockets but doesn't find it.
Nurse gets angry… and asks him to go.
Nakul takes out his wallet…n places in front of her… offers her any help, if she gives him the information.
Nurse gets angry…and starts shouting at him for trying to bribe her. She asks him to go away.
He leaves finally…
Nitu wonders about all this… she is about to reach the nurse… But sees her both sisters simi, n Mili there approaching nurse.
They thank the nurse for helping them. Nurse says its her duty to save a girl child…
Apparently Simi n Mili brief the nurse that Nakul is trying to kill Nitu's kid…becoz it's a baby girl.
This works…and nurse helps them.
Nitu watches all this…n realizes its her sisters who helped her…

Nakul decides to take his brother Omi's help and find out everything about Nitu and her hospital receipt.

Simi n Mili come home… they see that some new neighbors moving into the adjacent house…
They suddenly hear RB n his mother's voices… they are shocked to see them moving into their neighbourhood .
RB asks his mother… that he will take the upstairs room… he says he wants to take that room becoz he will have a good view from there…
Simi gets angry… Mili is about answer him…but, Simi takes her inside.
Manju is terrified to hear the news about RB n his mother.
Simi asks her to be calm…and tells her mom to not worry.

Nitu goes to a doctor with Omi's medicine packet. She requests the doctor for information about those tablets.
He asks her about who is taking that med n all… and asks for a days time to find out about the drug.

KB house… dinner time…. They suddenly hear a very loud music from RB's house.
Mili goes up to see whats RB doing. She sees RB n some of his friends are drinking and partying.
RB sees Mili…n asks her to join the party…
Mili goes down angrily…n informs everybody about what he saw..
Simi asks them to act calmly…tells them that RB is trying to provoke them… coz he lost the house. So, they shouldn't react to whatever he does…she asks Mili to close all the doors windows of the house to cut the noise.
Someone knocks at the door… anuj opens the door. One of RB"s drunk friend comes for some ice.
Anuj gets angry… the drunk says why he is getting angry, as if he asked for his sister's hand.
Anuj is furious…about to jump on to him…but Simi stops him and drags him inside.
She says they shouldn't react to RB in this way…they should behave as if nothing is bothering them.

Omi n Nitu are in their room… Nakul comes there and asks his brother to be ready the next day by 8am, as he is taking him to the office along with him so that he can learn work.
Omi is very excited about this… he promises his brother that he will b ready …on time.
Nitu is suspicious about Nakul's real intentions in taking Omi to the office..
But, omi is excitedly thinking about the next day.

Nitu is hurriedly going out… Nakul decides to follow her. But Omi stops him and tells him that he is all ready to go to the office.
Nakul says he has some urgent work…n he will come back to take him to the office.
Omi is disappointed.
Nakul rushes behind Nitu…. He sees her getting into an auto…and follows her in the car.
A car comes in the middle of the road… which makes Nakul to stop his car… after few seconds his way gets cleared. He sees an auto and thinks that it's the same auto he was following…so, he continues to follow it.
But he realizes that he followed a wrong auto…he curses himself for losing track of Nitu.
Nitu reaches the hospital… meets the same doctor to whom she has given Omi's medicine.
Doctor asks her since how long her husband taking that medicine. She gives him the details.
Doctor informs Nitu that… the medicine is in fact is banned drug. Its usually used for a very short term. If its used to for a long time… the person who is taking that becomes real insane.
He asks Nutu to be careful… that her husband can permanently become total insane.
Nitu is terrified… too shocked …
Tomorrow:
Abhi is holding the crumpled note which was written by RB to Simi…He says that he found in the terrace…
Simi is terrified seeing the note in his hands…
