Generation X in Bollywood(those born between 1970- 1984) could not provide any real male stars in Bollywood. Yes, Hrithik, Abhisheck and John were all introduced with a bang but even today at the end of the decade, the real 'biggies' are form the previous generation - Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan.
Hrithik can still be considered a big star but he does very few movies. and most of his hits are directed by his father. Abhishecka nd John are fine but not really all taht big stars- Abhisheck still has problems wih charizma and john with acting.
On the other hand, the female stars form this generation did quite well - kajol, Rani and Preity. they won a lot of fans and ruled the industry. However most of them have now faded into the background as Gneration Y takes over.
howeevr what I feel is - Generation Y(Ranbir and Imran) may just be qwhat this industry was lokking for. however I have doubts with the Genration Y girls- deepika and Sonam are good but Katrina, at least for me, is a strict no-no.🤢 Lets see what happens for Generation Y.
